Their chicken are always fresh and I've never seen breading fall off the chicken compared to other hot chicken restuarants. “Can not speak to Atmosphere because my order was delivered, but the food was fantastic. This is my second time having the chicken and it is by far the best! The only thig was the time it took for us to receive our order was a bit longer than I would have liked (90+ minutes)“

“I can't tell you how refreshing it is to find a place that is both excellent and inexpensive. For $15 you can get two chicken sandwiches and a good amount of fries. Many other places charge $15 for a single sandwich.But not only is it inexpensive, it is delicious. We've been several times now, and the chicken is always freshly fried and cooked to perfection with the perfect balance of jucieness and crispyness. Sandwiches come with pickles, coleslaw, and your choice of sauce. I recommend the hot honey. The fries are seasoned and good as well.I frequently order fried chicken sandwiches when I'm out and I see them on the menu. This place is one of the best in the city. “It’s OK the food is pretty decent. The customer service they can kind of work on some things but it’s just like any other fast food place. They do the best that they can try and get the food out. There is always leading there to sit down. It feels like to say or you can take out or you can do DoorDash grab Uber eats I believe so it’s not a bad place. I definitely would recommend it.“

“Never a bad experience at this chick fil a even if they get my order wrong. Which is like 1 in a million yknow? The staff looks very young and you would think this generation would be negligent of the labor they put out but these kids do their best and it really shows. I wonder if thats why the food tastes twice as good.

Vegetarian options: They happen to have a veggie wrap available. And you can have the salads without their chicken egg or bacon at your discretion. They also have fruitcups available. So if you really think about it theres at least one VEGAN meal possible here and that speaks! Still waiting on a fried chicken sandwich substitute. I bet they could do that really well.

Dietary restrictions: They are very good with caring for my gluten allergy. I watched my order taker ask their leaders to change their gloves. They also go the extra mile and write it on the order itself so the kitchen gets it too i think. Never had a problem here.

Parking: They share a parking lot with the diner next to them. It can often get so packed even their curbsides can get congested.

Kid-friendliness: Every other day i see them have some sort of activity for children and their families. This place is all about em!

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door sensors for weelchairs. Ramps available for that as well. And their tables are spaced in a way for this as well.“

“Traveling to Philadelphia, I wanted to support a black-owned business. I found BlackHen like most people (through social media of course). The name and the bold decor caught my eye. So creative! I made reservations on Open table (as it's a smaller venue) HIGHLIGHTS: Bri was our waitress , she was very polite and kind. I ordered the 4 wings, with collard greens and candied Yams. I also ordered a Mac and cheese. Oh my goodness... the food was all that. I thought I was in the South. Everything came out hot 🔥. It was crazy delicious. Chicken was fried just right and seasoned so well. My taste buds waa trying to figure it out! Greens were just right not too vinegar and not too sweet. They also had a "kick' to it. Candied Yams could really be the dessert. It was good. The Mac and cheese was.on point. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: The meal didnt come with bread or cornbread (I didn't realize it till I was finished) Music- I thought i saw somewhere, that R&B music waa played. Rap (with explicit language) was the only thing in rotation. My daughter is 15 and she commented to me about the music since there waa a family there with two minor kids Please dont look at this as a negative review. Whenever. I'm in Philly. I WILL visit again. The branding caught my eye, but its the food that will have me return.“

“My parents were looking for authentic Philly cheese steaks that were halal and we stumbled upon this place. The afghani owners were nice and very respectful. The food were made fresh and they were delicious. Wish there were more tables so we can eat a bit more comfortably but the food AH is amazing. “The chicken at this crown is Deeelicious!!! Has a nice bite to it and the skin is always on point. The staff is always attentive and quick with orders. They are respectful also. “When I say, "I love Crown", I LOVE Crown Fried Chicken. Not all locations though, just this location. The chicken is always good, I don't know what they soak and coat that chicken in but it makes the chicken very flavorful and tender - even the breast are juicy.

Parking: Now listen, you may not get a spot close to the entrance and sometimes not even on that block. But it's worth it to park on the next block and walk up the street, please put something on the meter just to be on the safe side.“

“The bone-in wings were good. Cole slaw was good. It's the small things- they weren't busy- They got cole slaw on the bottom of the container and they didn't give me my blackened ranch sauce with the wings. Didn't notice till I got home.“

“ChickenNow’s food is sooo flavorful! The grandma sauce is so tasty with the chicken tenders like it’s so juicy and tender. Also the bread that goes with it is soo good, it’s perfectly done and tastes great! I’ve been coming here for the longest time and they never disappoint! The seasoning on the chicken is delicious, also the wraps are amazing, especially with the spicy grandma sauce. The staffs are also nice and they make the food quickly so you don’t have to wait long.
