“My first time entering I was taken aback by all the smoothie options. I really enjoy a good smoothie from time to time so today I went for my first smoothie.

I ordered a chocolate caramel smoothie and the woman behind the counter made sure to note exactly how I wanted it asking all the right questions with a smile. After taking my order, she went to the back and seemed to be making sure it was made correctly.

When the smoothie was ready, the presentation was great! It looked almost too good to drink though I'm really glad I did because the flavor was PERFECT!!!

I will definitely be going there for my smoothie drinks from now on and can't wait to try all their other flavors!!!

Their chicken are always fresh and I've never seen breading fall off the chicken compared to other hot chicken restuarants. Molly and the rest of the colleagues who work here are really kind as well.“

From the moment I walked in, Spencer was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He made sure my order was perfect and even went out of his way to check if I needed anything else.

It’s not every day you get service that feels this personal and thoughtful. Spencer’s attitude was so positive, and he clearly cares about making people’s day better. The food was delicious as always (shoutout to the waffle fries and chicken sandwich), but the customer service truly made this visit stand out.

“I can't tell you how refreshing it is to find a place that is both excellent and inexpensive. For $15 you can get two chicken sandwiches and a good amount of fries. Many other places charge $15 for a single sandwich.But not only is it inexpensive, it is delicious. We've been several times now, and the chicken is always freshly fried and cooked to perfection with the perfect balance of jucieness and crispyness. Sandwiches come with pickles, coleslaw, and your choice of sauce. I recommend the hot honey. The fries are seasoned and good as well.I frequently order fried chicken sandwiches when I'm out and I see them on the menu. This place is one of the best in the city. “Traveling to Philadelphia, I wanted to support a black-owned business. I found BlackHen like most people (through social media of course). The name and the bold decor caught my eye. So creative! I made reservations on Open table (as it's a smaller venue) HIGHLIGHTS: Bri was our waitress , she was very polite and kind. I ordered the 4 wings, with collard greens and candied Yams. I also ordered a Mac and cheese. Oh my goodness... the food was all that. I thought I was in the South. Everything came out hot 🔥. It was crazy delicious. Chicken was fried just right and seasoned so well. My taste buds waa trying to figure it out! Greens were just right not too vinegar and not too sweet. They also had a "kick' to it. Candied Yams could really be the dessert. It was good. The Mac and cheese was.on point. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: The meal didnt come with bread or cornbread (I didn't realize it till I was finished) Music- I thought i saw somewhere, that R&B music waa played. Rap (with explicit language) was the only thing in rotation. My daughter is 15 and she commented to me about the music since there waa a family there with two minor kids Please dont look at this as a negative review. Whenever. I'm in Philly. I WILL visit again. The branding caught my eye, but its the food that will have me return.“

“My parents were looking for authentic Philly cheese steaks that were halal and we stumbled upon this place. The afghani owners were nice and very respectful. The food were made fresh and they were delicious. Wish there were more tables so we can eat a bit more comfortably but the food AH is amazing. “I come through this Drive Thru more often than a person should. However, I have never experienced a friendlier and sweeter group of staff anywhere. Yes, they know me by name. But they welcome me with big smiles, make me laugh, and literally brighten my day! The food is amazing, as always.“

“These guys are the best and service is amazing. The 2 guys that are always there are honest hard workers chasing the American dream. Very polite and they work hard to get your food done and out the door Usually it takes 10 mins to get your food so if your on your lunch break you can't beat it. Prices are just right and food is out if the world. The Shop and food prep area are very clean as well as the workers. I come to this location throughout the week for lunch break or dinner. “This location is better than the one on Frankford avenue Near the Wawa in the 7-Eleven and Polo campero and the one on Grant avenue by the boulevard The worst ones are those two including the one in levittown This one has the best fried chicken They took good care of me They gave me great service and when I asked them to replace things They will do it for me unlike those three locations which are very cocky sometimes The atmosphere four stars because there was some trash on the floor but overall it's pretty clean for this location in this area. Highly recommend you come here. They serve you fresh chicken instead of old whatever the hell they serve you and other locations.“

“When I say, "I love Crown", I LOVE Crown Fried Chicken. Not all locations though, just this location. The chicken is always good, I don't know what they soak and coat that chicken in but it makes the chicken very flavorful and tender - even the breast are juicy.

Parking: Now listen, you may not get a spot close to the entrance and sometimes not even on that block. But it's worth it to park on the next block and walk up the street, please put something on the meter just to be on the safe side.“

“Atmosphere is a funny rating because it’s a gas station lol but honestly the people working were friendly and there’s a security guard in there too. I honestly wasn’t expecting much but I’m staying close to this gas station and after tracing from charlotte to Philly and not sleeping for about 40 hours, this chicken hits! I’m not even kidding. It’s crispy as hell with good flavor! I don’t think it’s the exhaustion talking I think the food is actually that good. I don’t write reviews but this was needed. I also got the Mac and cheese, if you’re looking for baked home cooked looking Mac and cheese this ain’t it but I enjoyed it! Also got mashed potatoes and gravy. “I love chinese food period. But I like this hood corner chinese store because they have thee best chicken wings ever! They also have these tempura shrimp on a stick that are delicious! You get 5 ok sized shrimp in a batter for a dollar. Pricing is good too.“
