“Omg! Ralissa is amazing. I called and had an issue with my door dash that charged me to deliver a drink when for some reason all the food got deleted off of the order. They gave me the run around about it and it took forever to even consider them getting a refund. They wouldn't refund me for an accidental 10 dollar drink. But I called and Ralissa asked her higher ups worked her magic and gave me the refund when she cancelled it on her end. I attempted to order through the door dash/Uber site again and this time the food went through. Well guess what was waiting for me in the bag not only did she put the drink that she comp for my hassle but she wrote a note to me that she wanted me to have the drink. It made me feel so special. I called her back and thanked her. I made sure to write this review about her because she really went above and beyond. I pray many blessings on her life and that she never lose that extra light she has!“

“Not only is the food delicious, but the customer service is truly top-notch. When it came to a minor confusion with an order, the staff, more specifically the owner, Susan, went absolutely above and beyond in resolving the matter. Rocco's continues to be our favorite restaurant when the Italian-cravings hit and would recommend anyone and everyone to experience this local gem for themselves.“

“My sister and I were running around in Delaware with our kids and we decided it was time for lunch and relax. We stopped here for the first time and it was SUPPER. Our server, Marlon, was AMAZING! He remembered our 6 orders without any notes and he was supper attentive. He even made our kids feel great. Please stop by this location and ask for Marlon.“

“I love McGlynns, particularly the crab and artichoke dip, but service is always a bit slow when I go. I went during happy hour and we had to wait almost 15 minutes to get our bill. If you're not in a rush, it's a great place to go after work.“
