My three guests and I shared two bottles of an Amarone, excellent. Not cheap but you most certainly get what you pay for. This visit did not use the bar, but it is gorgeous with a back lit onyx counter, great place before or after the meal.“

Had to visit... and they sell nothing but artisanal bundt cakes. Entire cakes and individuals baked fresh daily. Not supermarket processed but pretty moist and dense if not exactly homemade. Very easy and friendly grab and go reasonably priced. Got the seasonal pumpkin one around Thanksgiving which was like a modified carrot cake.“

“Absolutely the best bagel there is. Each one no matter the flavor is a delight. And their food that they put on the bagel is delicious. Get there before 3;30 PM if you want sliced cheese because they close the slicer at 3;30. I know if I get there at 3;32 PM the slicer is off. So I get tuna fish instead and it’s about as good as it gets. The staff is friendly and do a good job. What a place!“

“Ordered a cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. Everyone was so helpful in choosing the flavors and the decal on the cake. We went with a chocolate sponge with strawberry jam filling and real buttercream chocolate icing. Because it was a Bluey themed party, the sprinkles were blue and orange and it also had blue and orange balloons on it. Cake was a smash hit! One of the best cakes I've ever tasted in my life! “Just had the best experience with ladyfingers! I had a birthday party for my daughter and they provided a two tier cake and a coffee bar. Lauren was very responsive from start to finish. I was able to pick the flavors and filings for each tier off their long list of options. I didn’t have much time to look for a cake design so just sent over a photo of a cake that I quickly googled. They were able to create it, and even better, they added a customized cake topper with my daughter’s name. They also delivered it to the venue which was very important to me since I didn’t want to deal with picking up a big cake from a bakery and making sure it didn’t get ruined during an already busy day. At the party they provided us with a “coffee bar” serving up a variety of flavored hot and iced coffee & chai. The guests loved this! Many drove from far so a coffee option was exactly what the needed upon arrival. The onsite team was great, arrived early to setup, and went above and beyond by lending me a cake stand and having ice delivered for us when we were unable to get any because it happened to be sold out everywhere near by. Overall great experience and would highly recommend them!“

The macarons were a bit less crisp than my wife would have liked, but I blame that on the humidity and transport (I took too long enjoying the sunshine, nothing against the bakery), otherwise they were wonderful.“

“Palazzone Pastry Labs and had a mixed experience. The pastries themselves were quite good, with a nice variety and fresh ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the cannoli, which had a delightful filling and a perfectly crisp shell.

However, the service left much to be desired. The servers were not very friendly, which took away from the overall experience. A bit more warmth and attentiveness from the staff would go a long way in making customers feel welcome and valued.

Overall, while the pastries are worth trying, the service could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience at Palazzone Pastry Labs.“
