“If there were more stars, I'd give them. We are from out of state (formerly from Waldwick) and needed to send a brunch catering to a dear family. Bagel Supreme was professional, sweet, considerate and kind. I called on a Sunday afternoon at 1 PM (about an hour before the store closed) and the owner had his wife call "within the hour." She did and spent time with me on the phone getting the right order to fit my request for the family. Then sent multiple texts to confirm everything throughout the evening. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND! They delivered PROMPTLY as promised the next day and they sent us pictures of the platters to ensure that we saw what was delivered. Greeting cards to mark the occasion with our thoughts HAND WRITTEN were attached. The store would NOT take money until the order was delivered even though I offered to pay in advance. I will absolutely use them in the future for long distance gift giving (who doesn't like food as a gift)? And this will be our very first stop when we are back in town. 1,000% recommend!!!“

Should have posted this a couple of weeks ago to let everyone know what an absolutely beautiful job they did with the delicious Woodland Creatures 1/2 sheet cake for my daughter’s baby shower! Wow! It was so moist and tasty, received so many compliments from the ladies. And you know we ladies love our cakes! The decorator created an over-the-top adorable woodland creatures design. Even the gluten free cupcakes were tasty and gorgeous. Kudos to the entire staff and owner. Everyone was so helpful and lovely. Would highly recommend this bakery when you want the best! “I came here for the hot chocolate and I am glad I did. The hot chocolate was amazing. It was nice to have hot chocolate that was not overly sweet. My niece and daughter thought it was a little bitter so we had vanilla added to the hot chocolate which did make it a little sweet. They loved it with the vanilla and it was still good to me just added a little sweetness. I prefer it without the vanilla. I also tried the brownie which I liked as well. Again, not extremely sweet. We also tried the cookies, those I did not like. I love the chocolate inside the cookie but the cookie texture was too soft. It reminded me of crumbl under baked cookies. The chocolate used was great but the cookie was entirely too soft. Other than the cookie I found a new place to get amazing chocolate, hot chocolate, and brownies.“

“My wife and I were shopping in Montclair and stopped for breakfast at the Bluestone Coffee Company. Bluestone is a coffee cafe and coffee roaster serving breakfast and lunch items. The atmosphere is cozy and warm and their coffee robust. We selected breakfast options of a veggie omelette with cheddar cheese and the zucchini parmesan frittata. Both came with a choice of toast and roasted potatoes. Both were fresh and savory and the potatoes roasted perfectly. Staff was friendly and prices were moderate and fair. Bluestone is a very good choice for breakfast and lunch.“

“Cozy local spot! Finally stopped by Cafe 179 after always catching it closed after work. The place is charming with great pastries (loved the sfogliatelle) and a really good pistachio latte. I mentioned the hours to one of the staff—possibly the owner—and she said they’ll be extending them soon, which is great news. “Amazing tea shop! My wife and I enjoyed the Tea Ceremony with owner Fengxiao very much. Extremely relaxing and informative. Fengxiao spent extra time with us and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Her very laid back approach to the ceremony made it very enjoyable. It was well worth our 2 hour drive to her shop. After the ceremony we purchased one of the 3 amazing teas we had. It was the Wild Old Tree Lao Ban Zhang Ripe Pu-erh Tea, 2005. A very good Puer at an extremely reasonable price. We also purchase a clay pot of excellent quality which was also very well priced. I am going to use Sinofilia Tea Shop for future online purchases. I highly recommend visiting Fengxiao’s store and booking the Tea Ceremony. At the end of our visit, we felt like we had met a new friend!“

“I took a one-on-one ceramics class with Seren today, and he was a phenomenal teacher. He was incredibly patient and explained every step clearly and thoroughly. We stopped in for a late breakfast/early lunch today, and it reminded us why we keep coming back. The food was wonderful, but what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly—not just to us, but to everyone who walked through the door. It's rare to see a team that consistently makes every guest feel so appreciated.

We've visited many times for coffee and takeout, but after dining in today, we felt it was important to let the owners know what an exceptional team they have. Great service like this deserves to be recognized.

We will definitely be at a future dinner pop-up!
