Horrible customer service. I’ll been calling and they keep hanging up on me. They sent me a text saying they would call back this morning and it’s late afternoon and have yet to contact me.
The other time I ordered a cake they didn’t even put happy birthday as requested and could not write on the cake because their store is just to pick up cakes.
Like I said horrible customer service!!!
I bought a birthday cake for my husband, nothing like the piece I bought. the cake was dry, almost no filling (crema de leche), and just his name on top. not even Happy Birthday. won't be going back.
