“Saps produce shack is the best place to go for lunch hands down! They have a great salad bar with just about everything you could want on your salad plus macaroni salad, potato salad, pasta salad, just to name a few. They have sandwiches too and the chicken cutlet and hoagies are delicious. I never tried them but they sell homemade cookies and pastries and of course produce too! I go at least twice a week for the salad bar!“

“Sharky's is one of my favorites for bulk bagels in the area. They are the only shop in my opinion to have consistently large and fluffy bagels. I usually like denser bagels but these really hit the spot. Good amount of toppings and service is usually friendly.The only thing I don't like about sharky's is that they seem to close before their posted hours often. I expect that to a point at times if you sell out early as many good shops do, but when you still have bulk bagels sitting in the bins 30 minutes before close and the door is locked while you're staff is doing register count, that's pretty annoying. Make closing time earlier than 2pm if I can't buy bagels at 1:30pm.“

“Great bakery in the south Jersey area. There is a nice selection of breads and desserts. This particular visit, we grabbed a loaf of Italian bread and a dozen donuts. The loaf of bread was fantastic and the donuts were awesome - we chose some classics like chocolate frosted and chocolate cream filled but also a couple exotics like red velvet, salted caramel and peanut butter and jelly. The cheese was put on first in the bread then the meats and then the lettuce tomato's onions sweet peppers. When you bite it you get a little bit of everything in every bite. Everything tasted good and looked nice. I've never had it split up before-- 3 tier display came out with just sandwiches & when we were almost finished, another 3 tier came out with desserts and scone. There's quite a few tea choices, some seasonal choices. I felt the tea was a bit weak. I'm not sure if it needed more tea leaves or more steeping, but I like a stronger flavor. “I hosted my wife's surprise 40th birthday party at a restaurant near Chloe's Creme Puffs, right in Pitman. It worked out where I set up pickup an hour prior to the surprise. I ordered 50 chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, as well as a red velvet cake. They did an excellent job decorating everything to match. All the locals were surprised to find out Chloe's did more than just creme puffs. Cupcakes can be hit or miss, but the texture and icing were enjoyed by all. It all was delicious and we were all digging into the leftovers after the party. Thanks to Chloe's for making my wife's birthday special.“
