“My wife and I are on the #eatjersey challenge to visit and have a meal in all 564 towns of NJ. We chose blueplate for Harrison Township in Gloucester County (aka Mullica Hill), our 156th town.

We popped into blueplate for breakfast, where we discovered this beautifully decorated mom & pop brunch place in a historic building. "Blue" is the theme and you'll see a lot of that color accenting the various decor.

Service was great, and so was the food! We were a party of 4 at this stop, which allowed us to explore more of the menu, including: Chicken & waffles, Colorado omelet, Brioche French Toast, Eggs & Bacon.

We highly recommend visiting blueplate, and then taking a walk around the village of Mullica Hill where there are some nice shops to enjoy.“

“I just inhaled the best burger in town. Finally got in to try Heemo’s-Sicklerville and I’m mad it took me so long! I’ve had them saved to try a few months but they’ve been here for years! Absolutely delicious! Long overdue trying and WE WILL BE BACK! Amazing fries, onion rings- well cooked and so good!!! Burger is thinner than I’m use to- more falafel thickness but it actually FIT THE BUN! Instead of half the size like most fast food junk. And I’m not still hungry. Real food, delicious food, extremely kind and efficient staff! (They got a MASSIVE order as I was there and now I have to try those foods next time! Haha) Thank you for opening up a second location for us to stumble into! Sorry it took us so long but you’ve got us hooked. Truly. Try this place. You won’t regret it. Get the heemos fries! “We've visited this location many times over the years and they rarely disappoint. During this visit, I ordered the Stuffed Chicken Marsala, which is grilled chicken breast stuffed with Italian cheeses and sun-dried tomatoes, topped with a creamy marsala mushroom sauce. Served with mashed potatoes. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the entire dish was very flavorful. As always the house salad and buttery breadsticks were fresh, filling, and amazing.

My wife ordered the Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo, which is asiago cheese-filled tortelloni baked in alfredo with a blend of Italian cheeses and toasted breadcrumbs, topped with sliced grilled chicken. She loved everything about this dish and the portion size was enough to feed two people. We love when restaurants give you so much food that you can enjoy it the next day! She decided to get Chicken & Gnocchi Soup as her included side and absolutely loved it. It was thick, creamy, flavorful, and delicious.

From the moment we walked into this location, the hostess, manager and waiter made us feel like we were VIP's. They made sure we were comfortable, that we had refills on drinks, and that our food was cooked to perfection.

“So glad someone recommended this place to my wife and I! It's in a strip mall but the inside is well-decorated and very clean. The menu is interesting, with both spicy and non-spicy options. We had one of the evening's specials, shrimp dumplings, as well as the Salmon Prik and the Drunken Noodles. All three were excellent. Also ordered the appetizer sampler - good but not up to the high standard of the other dishes. Ended the meal with fried bananas and vanilla ice cream. Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. We brought our own wine (love BYOB's) and ended the meal well below $100. Go support this place!“
