“We took a huge risk by coming to this empty little unassuming restaurant for lunch instead of the diner next door that had 2000+ reviews.

But my god I’m glad we did. Having had similar food in New York, I’d have to say that this is best jerk chicken I’ve had thus far. I haven’t been to the carribbean, so I can’t comment on the authenticity like others have. But Based on the spicy level (moderate to high), I won’t be surprised if it is.

The goat stew was a sleeper hit! I didn’t know what to expect. But the taste far exceeds the presentation. It’s a huge portion, and has ample goat, root vegetables, and bananas.

OMG the food was superb. Excellent! I had the brown stew red snapper and it was the best I've ever tasted. Looking forward to visiting at least 2x on my next trip.
My brother, sister and I shared a couple of our dishes. Their Mac and Cheese is like my sister's and believe me that speaks volumes. The fresh mixed vegetables were delicious. My siblings had chicken wings w/bourbon BBQ sauce and said they also were delicious.“
