“I have had the most positive experiences with La Madre Maria! When I visit my grandfather on the Jersey Shore, he loves to go out for a hot dog! This summer we stopped at La Madre Maria truck. We had the best experience thanks to the friendly service. We felt like family and enjoyed our hot dogs with great conversation with Joe. “We had Trixie’s tonight and it was delicious. We had two chicken sandwiches, the mac & cheese and the fries. It was probably the best chicken sandwich we’ve ever had. The mac and cheese was flavorful and cheesy! Pick up was fast and easy. Definitely recommend. So good!!“

“I had the pleasure to have catering services from Rosa's Kitchen for my retirement/60th birthday back in June 2023. We always want to share our Puertorican cuisine to our guests when we have special events at home. We had "arroz con gandules, pollo guisado, ensalada de papa" among other selections. “My wife and I hired them to do a food truck for after our wedding reception. 15/10 decision. The tacos were incredible esp the General Tso chicken and the bang shrimp tacos. Plus the leftovers that weren't served at the reception hall made great afterparty food. If you like tacos and want to give your late night party crowd a treat after a fun night, highly recommend Tacoholics!“
