“I’ve been following along and making some of Adam’s recipes recently and am so happy with the results. In particular, the chorizo tostados are outstanding! The tofu chorizo is easy to make and so meaty and flavorful. The cabbage slaw was a huge hit and I’ve made that several times as a side to other meals. Adam doesn’t miss a detail, explains each step, is always funny, and the results are great!“

“Always fresh always tasty, everything I’ve ever gotten from them is a 10/10. The quality is always great but the quantity is hit or miss especially with the nachos. Maybe it depends on who’s making them that day. Sometimes its a nice big portion fills the container and sometimes it’s just like they threw some chips in the box slapped on a couple topping and you get half of a container while someone with the same has a full box. 5/10 for that. Prices are reasonable.“

“Mr. Brainfreez was a hit!
We had Mr. Brainfreez for our End of Quarter lunch and he was a hit with the Kaseya Team. He has all the classics, plus Ice Cream and Philadelphia Icee. Served about 50 ice creams in 20 minutes. definitely keeping his number on speed dial.“
“We had Trixie’s tonight and it was delicious. We had two chicken sandwiches, the mac & cheese and the fries. It was probably the best chicken sandwich we’ve ever had. The mac and cheese was flavorful and cheesy! Pick up was fast and easy. Definitely recommend. So good!!“

“I had the pleasure to have catering services from Rosa's Kitchen for my retirement/60th birthday back in June 2023. We always want to share our Puertorican cuisine to our guests when we have special events at home. We had "arroz con gandules, pollo guisado, ensalada de papa" among other selections. Our guests were so impressed and satisfied with the texture and the flavor of our Puertorican cuisine thanks to your service. We definitely recommend Rosa's Kitchen for catering services.
