“I am a regular visitor of the Music Man. I attended the Wickedly Cabaret show with my daughter and three granddaughters ages 12, 9 and 5. we are huge Wicked Fans and this show did not disappoint. our waitress, Chloe, welcomed us with enthusiasm and made sure to talk to each of the girls individually. one granddaughter has peanut and gluten allergies and they made sure to recommend just the right ice cream treat for her. my daughter and I had to sing for our EMERALD CITY ice cream sundaes which we thoroughly enjoyed! the ice cream was delicious! then came the show. this talented waitstaff sang and danced beautifully to some of our favorite wicked songs. the entire experience was top notch from beginning to end. don't miss it when you are in town!“

“Now this is a way better and more AWESOME!!! ice cream truck service, safety updated with an electric swing arm stop sign like on school buses which is extremely AWESOME , safe, clear, and recognizable because octagon means STOP whereas sideways trapezoid with rounded corners on the wide end and pointed corners on the narrow end means SLOW unlike some other ice cream truck services that still have the bad old outdated red trapezoid children slow crossing warning blades that word IF-SAFE STOP THEN-GO which is confusing.“

“I can’t comment on the ice cream, which looked delicious, but I’d just like to give a shout-out to the girl who was working the counter today. I was in the middle of my 12 mile run and desperately needed water. I popped in the store and asked if I could have a cup of water, which she gladly got for me. Awesome customer service! “The Ritas Italian ice in Neptune, New Jersey is on my way home from my gym. I visited for the first time after grueling workout not expecting much. I was honestly floored by the customer service experience I received and how well the team seem to gel together. One employee, Desiree, whose name I asked for specifically for this review, was particularly adapt to handling large orders and tedious requests coming from customers, Myself included. Despite the calamity of a busy summer, high traffic, ice cream shop, Desiree as well as the rest of the team Remain poised and courteous to all of the customers who were at the store. Yes, ice cream was good, but the customer service was better.“

“Had the #6, blue cheese burger and fries for Fathers day dinner delivered. Wow!!! Double meat patties cooked perfectly, heap if crispy fried onions, 2 thick fresh tomato slices, fresh chopped lettuce and a heap if blue cheese. The fries are addicting, I had to stop myself from eating them so I could take a bite of my burger, lol. Other places would charge $15.00 or more for a burger this big but it was only $10.00 and bogo, which my wife unfortunately did not take advantage of, I most likely would have have had it for breakfast the next day. Burger n fries 10/10, delivery 7/10, it was starting to get cold, the restaurant is 10 minutes from my house.“

“I ordered a custom icecream for a special occasion. Cake was made exactly to my request, everything from the different layers, icecream flavors, & toppings. Everyone enjoyed the cake and asked, where is the icecream cake from? If you have a peanut butter lover in your life, I highly recommend this peanut butter themed icecream cake. Aside from this custom order, we are regular customers. The icecream sundaes are our favorite. You always get good portions (scoops) served. The medium is almost too much for me. That's a good thing. Chocolate Chip Mint, Hot Fudge, Whipped Cream, and topped with M & Ms is my favorite. This review is for the Lanoka Harbor, NJ location.“

“On Sunday we stopped in to pick-up something to take over to my brother and sister in-laws house for dessert. What's better than Carvel. There was so much to choose from it all looked so good!!! I can remember as a kid Carvel commercials how can you forget Cookie Puss. After a long time on making a decision we chose the ice cream sandwiches Yummy. Upon arriving we told my brother in-law we got ice cream sandwiches his serious reply was he never meant a ice cream sandwich he didn't like. They were absolutely deliciousI want to say the woman running the shop was very professional and pleasant. She was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend this location.“

“My boyfriend picked up my ice cream cake last weekend (March 2nd) and the cake was AMaZINg! It came out better than expected. The cake decorator did an incredible job at making his idea come to life! It was vanilla, with chocolate peanut butter and chocolate drizzled on the side. It tasted delicious! We will be back for future cakes. Thank you!“
