Great little dive bar in P.L..... the bartenders are always friendly and fun...they do have a dart board and pool table to keep you occupied... the beers are always cold and the mixed drinks quite tasty...if you know what I mean!! I usually stop here in the afternoon but next time I want to check this place out at night
Smoke & Steer. My favorite BBQ in NJ. They moved here, and I followed to check it out. I can tell you nothing surprises me more than the statement I'm about to make: I like the bar better than the BBQ. This is a classic local dive, as the other reviewers have noted. Tap selection is limited (half-star deduction) but there is a decent liquor selection. Total dive bar. Monday at 4pm 2 other guys 1 stinks of weed, barmaid is chatty, very limited tap beer, smells of disinfectant, plywood walls but they do have pinball abd shuffleboard, love it!
