“I had a private event in the Parlor Room and it was fabulous. Food and drinks were spot on and the service was dynamite. There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. She was there to make us comfortable and happy.....which she did. And the food was the piece de resistance . We had stuffed zucchini blossoms for our appetizer and they were perfect. Then we got a salad, of which the house dressing is the way to go. And then we had an order of snow crab legs that were PHENOMENOL! From the very beginning, the team was incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to help bring my vision to life, including customizing the napkin colors to match my baby shower theme, adjusting the icing color for my cake, and arranging the room exactly how I wanted it.

They were also very flexible with both setup and cleanup times, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. The service throughout the event was exceptional—every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. There was plenty of space to have tables for gifts, desserts, favors, raffle/games, and food.

The food was outstanding and one of the highlights of the day. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was, and it was such a thoughtful touch that they allowed guests to take leftovers home.

“Huge thank you to El Boulevard Fritura y Chimichurri and especially the chef!

My buddy and I went after midnight the day after a snowstorm. A few other food trucks showed as open on Google but were closed, and this was the only spot actually open; which we appreciated right away.

Unfortunately, the roads weren’t plowed well and my car got stuck in the snow. The chef noticed immediately and ran out of the truck to help us. He even brought out a shovel and started clearing snow himself. That level of kindness and willingness to help late at night meant a lot. You don’t see that often.

On top of that, the pierna chimi was absolutely delicious; packed with flavor and loaded with meat. It had been a while since we had one, and it definitely hit the spot. Well worth everything we went through to get there.
