We could not hear the Kootz band nor we could not have a conversation. After dinner, we moved to another table by the band. Those kids were very loud & obnoxious & never shut up the entire time.“

“I had a private event in the Parlor Room and it was fabulous. Food and drinks were spot on and the service was dynamite. There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. I really love the unique atmosphere of the place -warm, classy and comfortable all at once. No boring old chain restaurant vibes here. Everyone had a great time. I want to add that I had my husband’s 50th birthday party there and they did an outstanding job making it happen. Karen and Sam Made some amazing food and they were so attentive to my guests. The bartenders, Kyle and Jo Jo Rocked it they made amazing drinks and Kept them coming to the birthday boy the Whole day.

But what’s even more special and means the world to me is that the staff that was not working that day came to hang out and help me set up and enjoy my husband’s 50th with us. Literally, family, and good friends at this bar. If you’re looking for a local bar to frequent to get good food, drinks and make outstanding friendships. I highly recommend you come down and see Dave, Denise, JoJo, Kim, Kyle, Elaine and Alison. Heck, you’ll probably meet me too. I’m the girl with the bow. That’s always at the bar.“

“We had our daughters 18th Birthday Bash here at the Appian Way on: February 5th, 2022. We dealt with Bob throughout the whole process. And he was just great! Alot is included in the price you receive. And many other venues don't compare when it comes to price. Helping to save you some money along the way. The rooms are beautiful and my guest were amazed. The workers were accommodating and helped get our room together way before time. This helped us tremendously with getting most of the setup being done the night before. The lighting is awesome. The food was absolutely delicious. My guests are still raving about the food. It really was better than I expected. I will definitely be back to celebrate more gatherings. “Tucked away behind the Main Street we stumbled upon this excellent restaurant. We ordered Spring rolls and a Japanese thingy for starter, both were really good. For mains it was Beef and Ginger and Prawn Fried Rice, again both excellent. So for 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 drinks it came to 58 euros, even excellenter ?…music choice was a bit different in that it was dance oriented but wasn’t out of place. We have booked again and would obviously recommend ?“

“I’ve been to The Side Door before, but I’ve never had a bartender like Crystal. She is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had! I originally stopped by for just one quick birthday drink, but her friendly personality, great energy, and amazing service convinced us to stay much longer than we planned. We ended up spending way more than we expected, and it was worth every penny because she made the whole experience so much fun.

I was honestly surprised to find out she’s a new bartender here because she made it feel like she’d been doing it for years. She was attentive, welcoming, and knew exactly how to keep the good vibes going.

Crystal truly made my birthday drinks memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending The Side Door to all of my friends—as long as Crystal is behind the bar! 10/10 experience.“
