“Yesterday my wife and I dined at Cucina Calandra for the second time. And we chose it to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. We did this because our initial experience so impressed us with the food quality, ambience, and service that we wanted to ensure our anniversary dinner would be exceptional. And it was exactly that! We enjoyed Caesar salad, fried calamari, cavatelli and sausage, and shrimp parmigiana with linguine. They were all delicious and cooked perfectly. We totally recommend Cucina Calandra for every event from a casual dinner to a formal reception. They are simply terrific.“

My server Sue was great and the new hostess is a DOLL she just might be the happiest person I’ve ever met she puts a smile on your face the second you walk in so when she asked my wife and I to do a survey it was our pleasure. “Our first time as we are visiting from out of town. Our server Cesar was so wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful. The food was phenomenal. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and had a charbroiled taste which we loved. We also had the Bavarian pretzels app special which was awesome!!!! Our drinks were also fantastic. This was a great choice for our 10th wedding anniversary. We’re so glad we found it. Highly recommend!!!!!!“

“I eat here every week with a big group and the food is always delicious. I like to order the chili nachos, and it's perfect for sharing. They are also very accommodating with allergies and have promptly answered questions about allergy content. The servers are very friendly and it's always very lively. Even outside of my group I like to take friends here. Parking is a bit tricky but it's worth it even if you have to park on the side of the road. Highly recommend!“

I want to add that I had my husband’s 50th birthday party there and they did an outstanding job making it happen. Karen and Sam Made some amazing food and they were so attentive to my guests. The bartenders, Kyle and Jo Jo Rocked it they made amazing drinks and Kept them coming to the birthday boy the Whole day.

But what’s even more special and means the world to me is that the staff that was not working that day came to hang out and help me set up and enjoy my husband’s 50th with us. Literally, family, and good friends at this bar. If you’re looking for a local bar to frequent to get good food, drinks and make outstanding friendships. I highly recommend you come down and see Dave, Denise, JoJo, Kim, Kyle, Elaine and Alison. Heck, you’ll probably meet me too. I’m the girl with the bow. That’s always at the bar.“

“We had our daughters 18th Birthday Bash here at the Appian Way on: February 5th, 2022. We dealt with Bob throughout the whole process. And he was just great! Alot is included in the price you receive. And many other venues don't compare when it comes to price. Helping to save you some money along the way. The rooms are beautiful and my guest were amazed. The workers were accommodating and helped get our room together way before time. This helped us tremendously with getting most of the setup being done the night before. The lighting is awesome. The food was absolutely delicious. My guests are still raving about the food. It really was better than I expected. I will definitely be back to celebrate more gatherings. “Black Jack's is an awesome local sports bar / restaurant. There are many TVs with all the sports entertainment you could possibly ask for. The food is great and so is the service. I particularly like that they have live bands on the weekend.“

“Tucked away behind the Main Street we stumbled upon this excellent restaurant. We ordered Spring rolls and a Japanese thingy for starter, both were really good. For mains it was Beef and Ginger and Prawn Fried Rice, again both excellent. So for 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 drinks it came to 58 euros, even excellenter ?…music choice was a bit different in that it was dance oriented but wasn’t out of place. “I’ve been to The Side Door before, but I’ve never had a bartender like Crystal. She is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had! I originally stopped by for just one quick birthday drink, but her friendly personality, great energy, and amazing service convinced us to stay much longer than we planned. We ended up spending way more than we expected, and it was worth every penny because she made the whole experience so much fun.

I was honestly surprised to find out she’s a new bartender here because she made it feel like she’d been doing it for years. She was attentive, welcoming, and knew exactly how to keep the good vibes going.
