My #1 restaurant in Red Bank. We only eat at Semolina 2-3x per year because we tend to save it for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. But the food is always top-notch and creative. And it helps that it's BYOB. My wife and I order our own appetizer and entree and we share a pasta course. The food is out of this world,actually it’s from a farm mostly. The pork chops were unreal. Dessert for me was the zeppollies in a sauce that knocked my socks off.
