“My boyfriend and I shared the bebimbap and thoroughly enjoy it, and were satisfied with the portion size. The service was fast and the employees we dealt with were polite and helpful, and able to answer my questions. I love this food court and hope to return when I am in the area again“

“This small-footprint gem delivers exactly what so many of us miss back home: quality, chatpata quick bites like spicy-tangy pani puri (with live assembly and multiple flavor options—sweet, savory, and everything in between), the iconic Mumbai vada pav layered with coriander chutney, tamarind, and that punchy dry garlic chutney (ek dam mast!), misal pav, ragda samosa, dabeli, grilled sandwiches, paneer tikka rolls, and more—all pure veg and bursting with genuine flavors.
What really sets it apart is the warm, welcoming vibe—the pleasant service and friendly owner make you feel right at home, unlike some other places around that feel rushed or impersonal. It’s cozy and fun, with that true street-food energy packed into a compact space, perfect for a quick bite or takeout when you’re in Journal Square/India Street area.
If you’re missing the real deal till your next trip to India, skip the average options and head here. Places like Desi Adda keep the quality high, the tastes authentic, and the desi spirit alive—definitely worth appreciating and coming back to again and again. Highly recommend for anyone chasing that homesick cure!“

“First time in NY and came June for a drink after trying a great Joe’s Pizza and we were met by Xavier; the guy was fantastic not only to myself but to other customers too who were waiting to be served, he engaged with everyone without making you feel ignored; and he got the order spot on which was most important.
Good vibes but even better when Xavier is at your service 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾“

“I got to try some unique global flavors at this fair: NOLA crawfish sandwich from Parish Po'Boys and a Raclette melt baguette sandwich from Raclette Street. Both costed about $20 so keep that in mind if you are used to the lower prices at Queen’s Night Market.“

“Food flavor was great - steak cooked to perfection. Bread pudding was also excellent and sensible portion size. Only downside was broccoli was cold. Service was excellent - great to have a friendly engaging server. Would definitely recommend- you are going to pay NYC prices so it's great when the food lives up to the price!“

“Hudson Eats was an awesome place to visit and experience. Tons of great quality food options, all in one convenient spot.
Loved the vast selection, and the really expansive dining area. It was very busy, but there were still comfortable places to sit and eat with our group.
Also, the views over the water from the dining area is beautiful. Highly recommend checking it out.“
“The food was okay. I think because I went to Taiwan last year, this place pales in comparison. The braised platter was very small, tho it was pretty tasty. Very salty. The beef noodle soup was decent, not as rich as my mother's homemade beef noodle soup. I don't think I'll come back, but the service and ambiance were both nice.“

“Fusca House is easily one of the best spots in Jackson Heights. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they actually care about quality — every bite hits. Portions are solid, prices are fair, and the taste never disappoints. The staff is friendly, the vibe is chill, and the food comes out fast. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s been consistent every single time, which is hard to find. If you’re in the area and want really good food, this place is a must.“
“Chicken teriyaki ramyun was exceptional with absolutely massive portion sizes. I couldn't finish it which was quite shocking to me. I had was half the size of this one and a few dollars more expensive. If you love spicy food this is definitely the place to be!“

“Goldmiss in the American Dream food court is the perfect spot for a fun, tasty treat—especially if you're craving Korean-style hot dogs (corn dogs)! My kids absolutely love them and always beg to stop here during our mall visits. The hot dogs are crispy on the outside with that satisfying crunch, and the cheese pull on the cheddar or mozzarella versions is impressive and delicious. We tried the original beef sausage one and the sweet potato-crusted option—both were flavorful, not too heavy, and had just the right touch of sweetness mixed with savory goodness.
Service is quick and friendly, making it an easy grab-and-go in the busy food court. It's a bit pricier than a regular corn dog, but the quality and experience make it worth it for a special snack. If you're at American Dream with family, this is a must-try for something different and kid-approved. We'll definitely be back!“

“First time to American dream mall.
The food courts inside American dream is great, this stand in particular has really good tteokbokki, we got the one with king squid and it’s around 28$ with portions enough for two. Good thing we got mild cause it was spicy though where it wasn’t overpowering, recommend trying this place out“

“Updated: Really nice to see that this place takes reviews seriously. I have been back a few times since posting this review and it has consistently been great so I updated the review to 5 stars. Thank you!
Old review: The crêpes here are excellent — especially the savory ones. When they’re made well, they’re truly delicious and full of flavor.
However, the quality really depends on who is preparing them, and there is a noticeable inconsistency. The young woman (in her 20s) who speaks Spanish consistently makes the best crêpes — they are perfectly cooked, well balanced, and honestly outstanding every time.
On one occasion, a male staff member prepared my crêpe and the gruyère wasn’t cooked at all. It was completely unmelted, and I unfortunately had to throw it away. That was really disappointing.
I genuinely think everyone should receive the same level of training, because there is a clear difference in quality depending on who is making the food. With more consistency, this place could easily be excellent every single time.“

“My job brought in Chef Samir's truck to cater a staff field day this month, and when I tell you it's the BEST lamb over couscous bowl I've ever had, please understand I mean that with my heart. Whole quartered tagine vegetables, squash and zucchini and carrots and potatoes; everything was so flavorful and the couscous perfect. The guys in the truck were incredibly friendly even while slinging food to hundreds of people. This is not your average street cart halal with a little lettuce and tomato on the side.“

If you’re a fan of beef jerky or looking to try something unique and flavorful, this place is a must. Highly recommended.“

“This place is unironically the future, whether people like it or not. I've been to several of these places across the city, in Brooklyn and in Manhattan, and I've had nothing but positive experiences at every single one of them. My only concern is for the employees, a place like this is just one or two steps away from being fully AI driven and powered, everybody I've spoken to at all of them is really chill and I hope the company doesn't resort to robotic chefs.“

“I was here last week for a food event/car show(?). The line and wait to get inside was not all too bad minus the stray rain showers that came down once in a while. Food was amazing but the venue itself was not well ventilated so I had to catch myself going outside after a short while.“

“Pretty good ghost kitchen for a number of restaurants and food styles available where you can order delivery or pickup. Pickup is pretty easy, once you show up, you click the link you receive via text/email and the locker with your order opens.
Be sure to check the hours for individual places as they still operate separately. I would also recommend to place food orders from places individually, don't try to combine different places in the same order since food is finished at different times.
We have orders from Hunny and Jamrock Jerk, both are pretty good. Hunny is a good amount of food for the price. Jamrock is good food but pricey for the amount you get. Photo is the oxtail platter from Jamrock.“
“My eyeballs were bulging out at how much food chain choices there are at this food court! Bravo! So much fun to watch friends and families eat together happily at this place. Very clean and even though there’s a lot of traffic but it’s the good kind where most people interacts with each other during their meal and no drama. Just food and fun!“
“The lower level atrium in 805 Third Ave. is a collective food court where each storefront has it's own setup to sell goods but they all share a communal seating area. Often times during lunch hours, you'll hear someone tickling the ivory and can enjoy your lunch with the classic sounds of a piano. Or sit by the indoor waterfall for a hint of nature while enjoying your meal. The lower level is accessible by an escalator or stairs depending on the entrance you came in from. The building can be entered on Third Ave. or on 50th St. just off of Third. The food court has Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, and Hawaiian cuisine just to name a few. There's a coffee house, a deli and even two popular vegetarian spots for food.“

“Located inside Han Nam Market, this is by far the best quality and cheapest priced korean food i've tried in NJ. It tastes very similar to my 할머니's cooking in Gapyeong, South Korea.
They have cheap combo prices between $8-16 and serving is very big! It comes with side dishes too! They accept most major credit cards incase you don't have cash.
Plenty of FREE parking outside the market, it does get busy on certain hours.“
“Who knew? Such an interesting claster of cultures. Six totally different culinary experiences. I literally felt like in a different world. Each place was so different. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Overall, each time I went ambiance was perfect for a cool evening out with friends. I highly recommend this place!“

“When you're hungry and don't want to spend a bundle then this is the place to head. On the 2nd level smack dab in the center of the mall. There's a generous amount of seating with nice views overlooking the tree lined atrium style rotunda. All your favorite fast foods from well known chains. The mall restrooms are located on this level. Elevator and escalators provide access. Several more restaurants are located on the lower level..“
“Wish I knew of this place earlier when more of the stalls were open. Visited today and only two were in operation sadly. IMO marketing could have been improved as I moved to the area (Hoboken) in 2020 and only noticed/heard of this place a few months ago while walking by as a new Jersey City resident. The name of it also sounds like just a restaurant instead of a food hall so it could probably benefit from a rebrand. If you look at the successful ones in other cities, e.g Chelsea Market in the city, Quincy Market in Boston, Union Market in DC, Reading Terminal Market in Philly, Ponce City and Krog street Markets in Atlanta they all kept it simple with the name. Those also are thriving either because they are in a high density tourist area or because they have dedicated parking available. This place would have done much better with dedicated available parking so people would have seen it as a destination. That said I get that perhaps, this was meant as more of a food court geared to catering to office workers like the Hugh in the city but there aren't nearly enough of these workers in JC for that. Hope it survives though and perhaps it will rebound when more of the development happening brings either new neighborhood residents or visitors (Top Golf rumored to be coming).“

“We love the concept of being able to order different types of food from the “same place.” My husband and I enjoy trying different dishes, and sometimes we’re just in the mood for completely different cuisines. The first time we ordered, I had a poke bowl while he got a cheesesteak sandwich, and the next time we mixed it up with Greek and Mediterranean dishes.“
