Starbucks in Ridgewood

“Such a great experience the other day. The drinks were perfect and my food was warmed up at the same time(as when my drinks came out), which made everything feel sooo welcoming. Sophia was very friendly and offered excellent service. When I asked her a few questions about my order, since I’ve had past experiences at other Starbucks where things weren’t clearly explained, she took her time to clarify everything twice and made sure I felt confident about what I was getting. her patience and kindness really highlighted the difference between a truly great Starbucks and one that falls short. I genuinely appreciated her effort and the care she put into my visit. this is a must visit location!“

“I just had the best experience at this Starbucks! So, I by accident order my latte from the Ridgewood location, while at a different Starbucks 🤣🤣🤣. Decided that I will try to get it later if it’s still there. I got to Ridgewood Starbucks at least an hour later, at which point my drink wasn’t there, which is understandable and I wouldn’t even complain. However, I still asked, out of curiosity, what is done with the drinks which are not picked up on time, and the wonderful barista said “Katerina? We disposed of it because it was cold” and made me a new drink at no cost. He even remembered my original order. This was amazing! Super service! Thank you!“

“First time at this location. Wasn't sure what drink to buy because I am not a big star bucks drinker, however when I inquired about the different drinks the worker at the drive though was very nice, and pleasant. She explained the different drinks and was patient with me. That doesn't happened alot at drive through services. I order the Caramel crunch Frappuccino and it was delicious. I should have order the grande ?. Will def visit this location again! Thankyou for you great service!“
