“Please make your next night out at Crispin's. I came here on a Friday night on a fluke because it was raining and got sangria to pass the storm. It quickly turned into wine, free bread, and the best pappardelle bolognese I've had (and priced so well at $18 for fresh pasta). The owner was so great, and I genuinely hope his business succeeds as much as he was so nice to me. Definitely worth a visit!“

“As a newcomer to Waldwick, we’ve been exploring local restaurants to celebrate our move — and this charming spot definitely stood out. I haven’t been in the U.S. for very long, but this place gave off such a nostalgic, classic diner vibe.

Even though we visited early in the morning, the restaurant was already bustling, which really showed how much the locals love it.

“Classic NYC Greek owned diner here. I get tested like royalty, their food is on point, they have great specials and the customers constantly rotate, so a wait isn't but so long. This is my neighborhood diner, so I'll always return. I have friends who dine here alone on random days of the week because it's a peaceful environment.

“Wait staff was friendly and you were not pushed to finish dinner. We had the shrimp po' boy and the grilled ribeye open face steak sandwich. I asked for my French fries to be extra crispy and they were delicious. After driving for almost 5 hours, sitting in rush hour traffic and construction, this diner made our day and on a really great note.“

“Abbie’s Diner is back and better than ever. They freshened up the interior with new tables, chairs and decor. This morning we had pancakes French toast, eggs, bacon, and sausage. Everything was delicious and the service is super friendly. A couple of cool things to note: their coffee is really good now, they have whole grain toast, and you can get blueberry pancake pancakes. If you haven’t been back since them reopening, recommend going soon!“

As far as chicken n Waffles d*** fuk unless u specify fried chicken and waffles, u will get tenders as for the gravy stupid for ur chicken, ur supposed to use syrup with this plate. If you did get fried chicken the cost would go up, duhh let me guess u would b**** about that to. “We've eaten here dozens of times. The food has always been consistently good. Last trip and today it was just mediocre. Our granddaughters both ordered grilled cheese. Both plates were dry toast with mostly un-melted cheese slices.
The waiter never came to ask how our food was. (No. It wasn't especially busy.) We pointed out the sandwiches when he brought the check. And he literally shrugged.
