“I’ve been going to Santucci’s in River Edge for over 30 years, and it continues to be one of my all-time favorite restaurants. The food is consistently delicious, the portions are generous, and the staff always makes you feel welcome. Their chicken parm is hands down the best around — always perfectly cooked and full of flavor. It’s a true neighborhood gem with that warm, familiar atmosphere that’s getting harder to find these days. Whether it’s pizza, pasta, or a full family dinner, I’ve never had a bad experience. Santucci’s has been part of my life for decades and I hope it stays in the community for many more. Highly recommended!“

“We went to River Edge branch on Friday night - the music and atmosphere are great.Restaurant is beautiful. They have very good singer/DJ, people were dancing till very late. Food is good too - we ordered lamb shish kebab, fried potatoes, stuffed mushrooms, samsa, some salads - everything was delicious. Highly recommended.“

“My wife and I have been coming in frequently and I have just been so impressed. First of all the owner and the staff know a LOT about cocktails and wine. Second the food is to die for. The anchovy pasta is absolutely heaven, and of course their special elote pizza.

“If you are looking for GOOD NY style pizza, you need to try Nonno's. There are many pizzerias in the Clifton / Nutley area, but in my opinion the pizza here is one of the best I have had. Sauce is favourable. Cheese is good quality unlike some places where they fall off the moment you pick up the slice. Service is super friendly and accommodating. It's a small place with a feeling of a neighbourhood-go-to pizzeria“

“The request was find the best pizza near our hotel. After comparing some reviews we headed to Urban Tomato. It’s in a neighborhood setting across from a church. The restaurant decor is simple but comfortable with a great hosts. We never felt cramped. The boys enjoyed a chicken pizza half garlic and half bbq drizzle and my wife and I enjoyed a fungi white pizza that was out of this world. I continue to say this, if g-d had given Jersey the water, their pizza would be king.“

I wanted my husband who’s from Baltimore to try zeppole, he’s never heard of it and for me, growing up in Bk and Staten Island it was one of my childhood favs. They didn’t have any made when I asked about it which was fine but while I was in conversation with their delivery driver the owner came out with some. He actually went out of his way to make me some zeppole, and it was delicious and extremely nostalgic for me. He has no idea how that made my day and brought back so many memories to me. “Got invited to a #yelp event. I said pizza. I’m in. This place is kind of hidden but well worth it. Many pizza slices available. Soon as you walked in and smell the greatness you are going to have. The had sandwiches as well. I decided to get the Popeye slice (spinach & ricotta) and a prosciutto slice. Oh my goodness was amazing!! They had about 10 flavors of gelato to pick from as well. I got a scoop of the pistachio & a scoop of fruity pebbles. I was told by the owners daughter who was at register (very polite & friendly) they make them in house. I had to drive little of 30 min to get there. If you’re in the area stop by or if you like me take a ride. You won’t be sorry. There’s a fountain outside where you or the kids can cool off. “Had a two-night stay at the Marriott in Teaneck, NJ, and ate at Pancetta. Highly recommend asking for Moni—she was exceptionally busy but still managed to give us attentive, excellent service. Food-wise, my margarita was a bit sharp, but some agave fixed it right up. My wife’s Prosecco was perfect, and her chicken parmigiana was tender and delicious. My braised lamb shank had great flavor, though it was a bit too chewy for my liking. Overall, a good spot to check out if you're in the area!“

“My daughter and I came here on our way back home from American dream and we are so glad we did. The alfredo pasta with chicken was superb! Much better than I’ve had at other spots for 50% higher prices.

We also got the pizza with the three different sauces (marinara, pesto, and something else) and the pasta filled me up so we got it to go and had it the next day. I don’t know if the pizza tastes better when reheated the next day, or if it normally tastes like that, but the pizza was excellent. Not too thick, not too thin, just right!
