The dumplings, beet salad, scallops, brussel sprouts,and stuffed shrimp were all delicious! The drinks were great. Dessert selection was nice - the lemon tart was fantastic. “Very traditional Polynesian/oriental food. There are very few sit down Chinese restaurants anymore and this was a throwback to my youth. From the fun kitchen decor to the phenomenal pu pu platter and flaming drinks. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves immensely.“

“Our room was comfortable, spacious, and light with lovely retro-mod furnishings. The service team for both the room and the lobby restaurant were top notch - and our waiter even entertained my nine year old with magic tricks! The Central Park south location was perfect for us since it was only a 10 minute walk to the playground and space to run around. And guess what - when I realized after check out that I’d left something behind, the hotel staff retained it in their lost and found and even sent it to me. Fantastic service like this in every area is a rarity these days, and it’s so nice to have a stay with a hotel that takes it to heart. We look forward to our next visit!“

“Our visit to the Grand Salon at the Baccarat Hotel for brunch was delightful. As soon as you enter the Grand Salon, you are taken by the majestic appearance of the room, filled with a variety of decorations, including sculptures, crystal glasses, and books all over the place. The Christmas decorations were cute and memorable.

We started off with the Lime and Ricotta Pancake and the Baccarat Omelette along with two small pots of tea (Queen's Guard and Golden Glow). The Pancake was perfect cooked - slightly crisp on the outside and extremely soft and fluffy on the inside. The Omelette was delicious amd well plated, even though the portion size was a bit small (add 1-2 more eggs!). We then had the Hojicha tea and the Silver Needle, both of which were excellent. The almond croissant was a bit small and had a fusion of flavors (it had chocolate and some essence that we couldn't pin down).
Nonetheless, the experience was memorable and makes for a nice, romantic brunch.“

I could not have enjoyed this amazing food without the exceptional service. Eltra and Moni along with other exceptional staff to ensure we enjoyed our evening dinner. “We had a very pleasant dinner last night before a concert at Carnegie Hall - the ambiance of the room is lovely, it's quiet with high ceilings and plenty of space between the tables, and the service was top-notch, attentive without being overbearing. Cocktail menu looked great, we didn't partake but will another time. The dinner menu had many appealing options for the vegans in our party as well as the meat-eaters. All four of us enjoyed their meal thoroughly. You can't beat the convenience for Carnegie Hall. We will return!“

“I am here today 11/23/24 and everything was wonderful from getting seated by Carlin in a cute table by the window to the awesome service I received by Christina I had a wonderful experience. My golden hour drink and chicken meatballs hit the spot and it had great music to boot. It was peaceful probably because before the holiday rush. Two non alcoholic drinks and one food item from a select menu are complimentary for icons and you can bring one guest. It is just a fun stop when you are shopping the amazing store. Come at Christmas for Santa on Saturdays which is an awesome experience in itself!

“Let’s start with the positives, no issues getting a seat, the waitstaff was attentive, and everything was fast and easy. The DJ was fire, the vibes were good, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. The wings were surprisingly mid, and the disco fries were undercooked and somehow burnt on the edges at the same time so maybe it was put in an oven. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I let it go. The food is definitely overpriced, but I’d still come back to watch a game and hang out and even eat since I’d already be there. The hours are also a big plus.“

Mocktail presentations are so cool and pretty, and the food portions are pretty good. Appetizers and main dishes are delicious! This place has very nice seating areas and cute spots to take pictures. Only note I have is the waiting time to order and receive the food. However, this was such a cool experience for a bachelorette dinner celebration, I do recommend this place.“

It feels more home than home. the staff is top notch, cocktails are always top tier, prices are very reasonable, atmosphere is relaxed, and customers are diverse, interesting, and generally friendly. On the very rare occasions I have seen customers act inappropriately, the staff intervened quickly and appropriately. The staff does a great job ensuring that this bar is always a place where anyone can feel welcome and safe. If I had to pick only one bar to drink at for the rest of my life, Deacon's would be it hands down.“

“Took my family to The Lounge at Mandarin Oriental New York on a crisp fall day, and it instantly became one of our favorite Manhattan memories. We were lucky enough to snag a window table on the 35th floor overlooking Central Park. My kids kept saying, “Are we really this high up? This is so cool!” The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The food was outstanding with beautiful presentation. The scones were warm and feather-light, the finger sandwiches were generous and fresh, and the pastries were works of art. Yes, it’s a splurge, but every bite and every minute gazing out at that iconic view felt absolutely worth it.
