We went on a weekend two years ago. Late post but here we go. Honestly you pay for the ambiance and views which is okay with us. Appetizers & food are Portion a very small.

Positives: We had a great time. Amazing views. They singed happy birthday and provided the dessert. Amazing views. The waitress answered all our questions. We were pleased with her suggestions & Her Excellent customer service.

Negative: we were 3 people not a large group. We purchase a Groupon of $35 that was worth for $60. We were surprised they imposed a $30 gratuity that it is not stated anywhere or in the fine rules of the Groupon. It is not fair at all. Even though we plan to tip our waitress and spend more $$$ on food. I would appreciate if the manager can contact me and explain this part to us. I mentioned it on my review to avoid Anyone inconvenience so you better come prepare with the cash.

The lady in the front entrance didn’t have an smile or friendly aptitude. She was neutral and forgot about us. We were waiting for a table. It didn’t manner because we found a good corner with the best views. We were lucky this day.“

“Great backdrop for a wedding party“

“First time here and it was amazing. Service is great food is clean and fresh. Salad dressing taste as if they made it for the order and the clear soup is probably the best in NYC. The wait staff is super friendly always smiling all while attentive to detail. Thank you Dai Hachi for the amazing clean food. We will definitely come back. Thank you Nisha our waitress for you welcoming and friendly demeanor.“

“My experience at record room was a good one. The service was good food as well if I have any negative think to say is i felt like the venue was small and could have been much bigger. Outside of that the Decor is great. Music was really good.“

Whether it’s a friend you came with, or one of the girls. Girls are great. Many truly stunning. Not pushy at all. I’ve never had a bad time there. Best club in Queens by a WIDE margin.“
