“Look at this beauty! You couldn’t find this anywhere else but at that store!!! I was really hungry n’ stopped by to get something to eat n’ said let’s try something different, they suggested me to try the grilled chicken.. I was hesitated as I had a bad experience previously, but they were certain about how I would change my mind! when I opened the container n’ saw n’ smelled it, I realized that it was the perfect suggestion! portion wise it is good enough for two people, the tase was amazing n’ beyond!!! Even the look as you see in the photo, it was like a painting of a beautiful colorful scene! The only thing is that you need to wait for it about 10 minutes to be cooked coz it is charcoal grilled. Thank you NY Fried Chicken for giving me the opportunity to try another spectacular new item of your menu!!!“

Kid-friendliness: When I went there was a little boy freezing cold with food but didn't buy it there and they told him to come in the dining area and warm up and eat his food. Not sure why the parents let him out at that time in that age and that weather?So yes they're kid friendly“

“I just wanted to take a moment to share the amazing service I received at the McDonald’s located at 700 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720. I went through the drive-thru today (7/20/2025) at 12:48 PM, and I was genuinely impressed.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire crew seemed organized and motivated—they looked like they truly enjoyed working there. Huge props to both the crew and management for maintaining such a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.

My order was handled with great attention to detail, and I felt truly cared for. As I was about to leave, a member of management even offered me the chance to try their new creamy chili sauce—a small gesture, but it really showed the extra effort they put into customer satisfaction.

“While I don't make a scene when I go inside I rarely have a good experience. The drive through crew is always on top of it. They have that food out in record timing every time. They definitely need to be commended for their fast and friendly service.“
