“Newtown is a historic, colonial town, and is very quaint and charming. Within, the Mercury Cafe is a gym with delicious comfort food and great coffee. While it’s vegetarian, many of the dishes can be prepared vegan. The BBQ pulled oats sandwich, pastrami panini, grilled cheese and tomato soup were all so good and comforting. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!“

Total was below 50 bucks and we are so full. I am not even vegan and would come back in an instant. So many places to eat in the USA but few take great pride in their work. “Most comprehensive menu I’ve ever seen for a diner. Wraps, Panini’s, Italian specialties, seafood, healthy low-calorie options, and cake, pies and pastries. Oh and full breakfast menu too! Very nice young lady name Raiven was my server. And fast service. Simple, clean and very nice on the inside. Would definitely come back again if in the area. I’m a long haul trucker and don’t get out here too much.“

“Small place with nowhere to sit (there's a park pretty close by) and no bathroom. The staff didn't seem to be overly familiar with "vegan". They have plant-based turkey and Impossible meat. There are 3 default subs that seem vegan but one has coleslaw which isn't. So, we opted for the turkey sub without mayo or cheese and the Impossible cheesesteak without the cheese. We added hot peppers and mustard to the turkey sub and that made it really good so highly recommended. The cheesesteak was very plain. It has mushrooms and onions but it's a pretty sad amount. My wife and I split both subs and we got both sized medium. Both were tasty and the amount was just right. All in it cost around $30.“

“Pat's has several locations; I frequent the one in Pennsville. It is clean, is good, and the prices are reasonable. Seating is spacious. In my opinion, they have the best pizza- thicker crust, lots of cheese, and good portions. The menu offers plenty of lunch and dinner choices. Finally, they give senior and group discounts, making it a good choice for your group get together eating in , take out or catered.“
