“What a nice down low place. I had the grits and shrimp omg it was delicious the grits where very flavorful and the shrimp was huge. My husband had the slidders and said it was very good. “I had an amazing experience with KB Smokehouse! The service is always great, and the food is absolutely delicious. Ariel, the receptionist, is the sweetest—so kind, professional, and understanding. I had ordered a catfish platter via Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the fish wasn’t fully cooked through. It was late, and since the restaurant was close to closing and I was still at work, I couldn’t go back in person.

I called the restaurant, and Ariel picked up. After I explained the situation, she handled everything with such care and made sure the issue was resolved quickly. Her customer service alone deserves a 10/10.

As for the food—it’s amazing! Their catfish platter is one of my favorites, and their prices are very reasonable. Overall, KB Smokehouse has definitely gained a loyal new customer. I absolutely love this place!“
