“A little riverside deck cocktail bar with a more than decent grill in Sea Bright's north end overlooking sunsets behind the Highlands. Great place to grab a quick nosh and beverage alcohol while enjoying some of the most beautiful vistas the Jersey Shore has to offer. During the summer you can expect live musical entertainment from many local artists that make this spot a definite must for an enjoyable and casual evening out.

“I have been going to Ada’s for probably close to a decade if not longer. I am familiar with Ethiopian cuisine and she truly delivers every time. While I can’t speak to the other cuisines I have learned over time that her heart is in every dish. The doro wot is top! (Well it all is). The AP location is lovely. I can’t wait to go back, and that is coming from a Californian.“

“Very cozy upstairs tasting room. Carton is located right off the downtown in Atlantic Highlands. They have a lot of delicious well crafted beers. You can pick up what you already love in cans downstairs or try what's new in the upstairs tap room. Nice couches to sit at relax and enjoy. You can also sit in chairs with tables made out of barrels or stand at two bars they have diagonal from each other. Great beer selection and some are very different and experimental, which makes visiting a fun time if you enjoy craft beer. If so head over to Carton where they have great beer and knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming and friendly 😊.“

I couldn't believe how quick and professional that My Kitchen Witch was in set-up, the meals, and the breakdown of their service. “I can't say enough good things about this place, obviously a waterfront beach bar has an amazing view and cool atmosphere, they're constantly hosting events, live music, which attracts a great crowd as well. And by the way, in my opinion as far as bar food goes they're top tier. Not just burgers and chicken fingers but kabobs and short ribs and things you typically see as bar food. Awesome bar food, get a spot on a couch in front of a fire pit next to the water with live music... hard to beat that“

“If you're cruising through Uptown Asbury Park you must stop by here. Booskerdoo isn’t just your standard pitstop for caffeine; this is their main roasting mothership, and you can see (and smell when roasting) the serious business the second you walk up to the door.

Let's talk about that liquid gold. I ordered a hot latte with whole milk, finished off with a quick dusting of cinnamon over the foam. One sip and I was hooked, we’re talking a rich, velvety microfoam floating over espresso so balanced it could walk a tightrope. Naturally, because I never meet a light roast I don't like, I got a cup of their Guatemalan El Panal to go. Bright, clean, and really smooth. It’s proof these folks know exactly what they’re doing with a coffee bean. (I hope to get there some day in my micro roaster at home. lol).

Now, I didn't initially plan on grabbing a bite, but the pastry case is a complete trap. While those peanut butter and jelly bars almost lured me in, I ended up pairing my latte with a fresh cranberry scone.

It was a match made in coffee heaven. Flaky, tender, delightfully buttery, and studded with cranberries, it’s the exact kind of pastry that turns a quick coffee run into a full-blown Sit back and relax) lingering experience.

The real showstopper inside, though, is the giant Diedrich roaster sitting right out on the floor alongside literal pallets of green coffee beans. You see Booskerdoo beans popping up at spots all over the Jersey Shore, so seeing the actual industrial engine where the magic happens is really cool. My only minor tragedy of the day? The roaster wasn't firing while I was there. I would’ve loved to hear that machine humming and soak in the full aroma of fresh-roasting beans, but hey, that just gives me an excuse to come back tomorrow.“

So much variety! Sushi, poke bowls, burgers, meat pizzas (pulled beef is the best!), salmon platters, vegetarian options, impossible burgers, etc, etc.
Great service too!
The interior can use an update but, otherwise, a great experience in every respect and for every age!
Last but not least, this restaurant is not overpriced like every other kosher option nearby.

“I tried it for the first time yesterday and the food was great. Had the s’mores donut and cookie ice cream sandwich. Asked Grace at the register questions and she replied with detailed description, was very helpful and friendly. They also provide a punch card for the visits for a reward and offer Monmouth University students a discount. Good cuisine and amazing customer service. The coffee was freshly grounded and hot, all of the fruit was ripe and perfect, the eggs were fluffy and my nephew loved the fresh muffins. “We ate at Franny’s yesterday after attending a scouting merit badge class nearby. Everything was amazing. We communicated ahead of time to ensure they could accommodate our party of 16 and were able to place our order ahead of time too. Everything was seamless as we walked in with a table ready and the pizza immediately arrived fresh from the oven. The pizza was a perfect crispy thin crust and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. “it has been awhile since I was in Atlantic Highlands when JUS was still open. I am so glad that I was able to stop in today. The Chia pudding was always a favorite. The pudding used to be served in a small cup by itself. Well now it comes in a bowl with fruit, nuts, syrup and then some .... it was delicious before but even more fantastic now. And sorry, no photo because it was eaten before I wrote this! Yum!“

“Stopped by the newly opened Gigi’s in Long Branch on my way to the beach. First off, loved that they have a parking lot which didn’t stress me about finding a spot cause I was going to have that adventure when I headed to the beach. I ordered the grandma’s pie and garlic knots! The grandma’s pie had pesto on it and I am a s***** for pesto!! Love the crust style being crispy. Hands down the best garlic knots I ever had! Don’t sleep on this place. It’s 3 blocks from the beach, easy parking and they deliver. I look forward to some pasta dishes on my next visit! Other key likes of mine was the aesthetic, it’s beautiful Inside but decorated to make you feel outside. I was very impressed with the kid friendly atmosphere of the chalkboard wall, beanbag seats and they even have juice boxes on hand for the kiddos. They also accommodate our tweens and teens with a pizza wing mural for their insta! They really thought of everything. The whole staff were so accommodating and genuine. Thank you Tommy and Faye for a great experience.“
