“Not much to dislike about Kohr's. Great ice cream. My favorite is the vanilla and orange swirl. The prices are getting out of hand. Making a profit is one thing, but beating people over the head to shake them down for more money each year is not right. Stop the fleecing!“
“Had a great selection of candy, and most importantly Carmel apples. A huge variety of Carmel apples! I bought the almond joy one (Carmel, chocolate, almond, and coconut, YUM!). Also, they offer special coffee drinks (coffee bar), ice cream, and soft serve with choose your own topping bar. I had the birthday cake ice cream, it's the best I have had in a very long time.“
“I have been spending time at the Jersey shore for over 50 years. This year we purchased a condo in Seaside Heights and have been there almost every weekend. Unfortunately we typically are in the area of Midway and south. Yesterday we went North and I am so glad we did. We wandered into the Shake Shoppe arcade for the first time. While the arcade itself can use some updating, the customer service we experienced from Joe was outstanding. When a machine we were using was malfunctioning, he took the time, while being short staffed, to fix it rather than giving up and putting an “Out of order” sign on it and giving is credit on another machine. He then explained how the tickets work and helped us find something to get with our winnings. Joe is patient, friendly, knowlegeable, and quite obviously a people person who enjoys his job. I give him a 5+++ star rating. A rare treat at his young age. Thanks to Joe, we will be sure to come back to Shake Shoppe next time we are down, and next season for sure!“
“There are a few Kohr’s Frozen Custards on the Boardwalk. We stopped at the one by the rides and ordered choc/can custard with chocolate sprinkles. Nice young man working the stand. Helpful and friendly. The custard was great, and the sprinkles were super fresh!“
“Quick stop for an iced coffee before heading home from the Seaside Boardwalk. It was delicious. Fresh! Lots of goodies for the kids, homemade candy and ice cream. Worth the stop! Accessible with care, as there are many candy displays thru out the store.“
“Omg! Easily 5 stars! Over the decades, I pretty much have tried every flavor,some I like better than others, but I’ve never had a flavor I didn’t like! Love the mango and actually mixed with lemon awesome combination! I was so happy to see that Ocean City Maryland got one of these decades ago because I always had to go to the Jersey shore to get this and of course in Maryland you have Rita’s but I prefer this..I wish that the beach’s here in North Carolina had this(But of course, the beaches & the atmosphere are totally different in North Carolina, and I still prefer the Jersey shore) but man we don’t even have Rita’s here. The one in Apex NC closed up..It didn’t last very long! But to me TLC’s Polish water ice is second to non! ❤️❤️❤️“

“Clean, quick service this time. I love the taro tea with almond milk. Other places I've had it taste like your drinking dirt but not here. No place to sit and eat if you want to hang out. Just a few lawn chairs along the wall while you wait. Very small parking lot. It's an in-and-out-and-on-your-way place.“

“As some who has grown up here. I love this place. The sell Boba too!!!The staff is always nice and provides great conversations. Also the staff is great with kids from experience, they are always willing to help a little one when down. All the workers are very understanding and apologetic. The store is kept clean and the workers are always busy!!!Overall a great place had a lot of offer and is much better then the other candy shops around as all the chocolate is fresh and made at this location in the back!!!“
