“Wow The best Italian restaurant at the jersey shore if you go Friday or Saturday you better get a reservation I would suggest you get one during the week also to be safe. Byob food and atmosphere are outstanding and the hostess waitresses and owner are so nice they make you feel like you were invited to their home for Sunday dinner with the family.“

“The cheesesteaks were delicious, but I wished I noticed the disgusting fan that was above the ordering counter before I ate there. The fan is full of so much thick dust that I felt sick after eating there. Makes you wonder if the kitchen is really clean.“

“Came here for a quick, Sunday homestyle breakfast and was not disappointed at all. The atmosphere is unique, to say the least, but also gives a lot to start conversations amongst the table. Serving portions were superb and food was very tasty. I have seen other comments and reviews that were very negative and nasty, but everybody can have a bad day once in a while. They were complaining on the service and owner/waiter being rude and yelling. I've seen more positive ratings than negative ones. While not everybody has the same humor, people can definitely be some Debbie downers. All in all, we had a nice experience and enjoyed the food. Ihop who?? Lol will def be back!!!“

“Kept driving by this place and finally got to try it out last week. As a Chicago native, I can tell you this is what I've been looking for the past 3 years of living here. The crust does not explode in your mouth like a bunch of tiny little splinters, it's softer and doughy. The ingredients and cheese are not skimped out on either, they are fresh ingredients and plentiful at that. The only thing I would change is more sauce, but I can do that myself next order on my own. Leftovers microwaved is a no go but air fried it's just like it came out of the oven all over again. In a Jersey full of Luigi's, pick Marios, you won't be disappointed. I suggest adding the wings into your order as well, best take out wings I've had from a pizza shop, super crispy breading and juicy interior.“

“I can't say enough good things about Blue Sushi! 🌟 The Specials are exceptional and are indeed a special treat. Each dish is a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor. The Chef is great.

But it’s not just the Specials that shine; the simpler items on the menu are equally stellar. The Baby Bok Choi Sautéed in Garlic is a must-try —perfectly packed with flavor! The Live Scallops are indeed life-affirming. I found that the appetizers set the tone and can also be ordered in combination as a medley on their own to form a fantastic meal.

The music they play is incredible too! My partner and I enjoyed using our Shazam App to identify song titles and new music artists. It was so fun, and now we have some new music to enjoy at home and work.

Every visit has been a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Blue Sushi to anyone looking for an incredible meal. Can’t wait for my next visit!“

“Being from New Orleans where there is a large Vietnamese population and swift competition between pho restaurants, I am often very disappointed by outside Vietnamese spots... I usually don't even bother trying anymore...

...Well, I am CERTAINLY glad that I placed a take out order from Pho Tastic! I am both surprised and excited to have found a NJ-based place with food that could compete with my old favorites back home.

Now, I've only been here once so far, but my take out experience was great. The server was wonderful and very warm. And although I really did not get a great look at much of the restaurant, I was not put off by what I saw. But most importantly, the food was well prepared and packaged, and the flavors were wonderful.

I will return here soon, and I sincerely hope to make Pho Tastic one of my regular spots! :)“

“Joanne is the literal best! We have come here every summer on vacation, and make sure we are in Joanne's section. She is always polite and has always made sure we had a great experience, as well as all of her other tables at the same time. The food is also great, and the dinner was cheap. The restaurant is very nice inside. Joanne is truly an angel!

“Brick Oven is amazing! I had my, now fiance, surprise 40th birthday there (which turned into a surprise proposal) everyone raved about the food!! We usually don't do left overs, but what was left over- we will definitely be eating! Collin was fantastic! He was very accommodating and helpful. The girls were fabulous! Very polite, sweet and never once gave me a dirty looks with all my crazy requests lol. My sister in law was the only one who needed GF and Collin made sure she got her own plate, and told me was was the better tasting GF plate they offered. She said that was THE BEST GF pasta she has had. Their service was so great, my now fiance, made sure to take care of them ontop of what I tipped them! Guest from our party were asking Collin to open up a place in Monmouth County! And asking if they would deliver there! My family and friends (who are from Monmouth County) are talking about going back there again! I will 100% recommend Brick Oven because the food was out of this world, service was top notch and everyone was so great! The only thing was it got a little hot inside, but we also had a party of 40 people.. so everyone kinda understood why it was so hot. But other then that, everything went perfectly! “We (a party of 4) had dinner last Thursday (3-7-24). We decide to select our dinner choices from the fixed-price menu being offered that evening. EVERYTHING was wonderful. In reading the other reviews, they truly reflect our own dining experience. This is going to sound a little weird, but I have found this to be true. If the restaurant proprietor (as in this case) provides a restroom facility that goes beyond just clean and tidy, I believe the same attention to detail carries over to every aspect of the restaurant, from food preparation to presentation. Truth be told, I used the facility early in the evening. I can’t speak to what it may look like at the end of a busy summer Saturday service, but its condition would reflect more on the customer comportment. Final note, I’m about an hour away, but it is well worth the drive. GREAT RESTAURANT!“
