It completely captures that old-school, local fishing village charm. Sitting on the deck right along the Manasquan Inlet while the boats come in sets a scene that you just can’t replicate. It’s laid-back, welcoming, and feels like quintessential Point Pleasant.
The food level here is unmatched. You can taste the absolute freshness in every dish—it’s pure dock-to-table quality. Whether you’re diving into a steamed lobster or whatever special they’ve pulled in that day (my personal go-to order), the kitchen lets the quality of the seafood shine without overcomplicating things.

“I wanted to check this out, based on some reviews and photos that looked legit. I was heading to the beach, so it was a good lunch to have beforehand. I thought it was very good. The pizza was crispy, tasty and w/ good cheese, well balanced. I was very glad I tried it. I highly recommend. PS: I'm a pizza snob. Lol.“

“Sunday Oct 5th. Early morning., not crowded yet. There were nine of us. They were attentive and put tables together for us. Service was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Everything came out hot..cooked to order. Such nice people. Highly recommend.“

“Very good food, healthy and flavorful! A must for those seeking a good dinner while in Point Pleasant. Has nice indoor restaurant although I have only done takeout. Highly recommend chicken dumplings and pad ginger shrimp!“

“Food was very good, as was the service! Appetizers and sushi came out fairly fast and our waitress was very kind and helpful with menu options. We came here during the off season so it was not very busy, but we would definitely come back during peak!

“We were a party of 17 people for dinner including 4 children and the waitress was great and very accommodating. The food was much better than the other options available on the boardwalk. Perfect beachy atmosphere that includes views of beach and ocean. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Overall really enjoyed our experience here.“

“The Best Pizza not only in New Jersey but on the East Coast The owner and staff will always provide great service on your order.The Pizza Man make great Pies with the best ingredients.Joey Tomatoes specializing in various so delicious Pizza. Also have a nice variety of cold drinks.My favorite is Sausage and Peppers slice or tomatoes and cheese.I had eaten all varieties of pizza here and the flavor is so nice and fresh tasting and the crust cooked to perfection. The place is very organized,the staff is so polite, also the place is super clean and nice.AC inside and a nice Patio in the back of restaurant. After a walk on the boardwalk in Pt Pleasant Beach you should stop by Joey Tomatoes for a delicious slice or Pie with the family..The truth it's the best I ever had. This Pizza place is the best ever...To me Joey Tomatoes is a Five Star Pizza Place.Come by and try it and you will agree with my statement.“

“My wife and I had a wonderful lunch at Prime 13. The steaks were cooked perfectly and a very nice size for a lunch entree. Looking forward to going back for dinner. The tomahawk steaks looked absolutely delicious. After lunch we walked across the street to their butcher shop and purchased an incredible double cut pork chop. Just cooked that on my grill and it was fantastic!“
