“Great atmosphere for sure. 3 different bars to choose from. Stopped by for a quick bite after a long day of travel because it was walking distance, but the food was just okay. The effort is definitely not there food wise, but it's my first trip to the Shore, so I can't really compare it to any other food spots. At $20 bucks a head for food, it's too expensive for what you get.“

“Living in Point Pleasant means having an endless lineup of incredible coastal spots right in our backyard, but Red’s Lobster Pot is the one place I will never stop raving about.
It completely captures that old-school, local fishing village charm. Sitting on the deck right along the Manasquan Inlet while the boats come in sets a scene that you just can’t replicate. It’s laid-back, welcoming, and feels like quintessential Point Pleasant.
The food level here is unmatched. You can taste the absolute freshness in every dish—it’s pure dock-to-table quality. Whether you’re diving into a steamed lobster or whatever special they’ve pulled in that day (my personal go-to order), the kitchen lets the quality of the seafood shine without overcomplicating things.
What truly sets Red’s apart, though, is the team. The service is consistently sharp, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. In a town packed with great dining, Red's is the one spot that simply gets it right every single time.“
