“Great vibe and excellent service. Place is in a little dicey of a neighborhood. There is no parking lot, you have to park on the main road or residential side streets. Pork chop was a 10. Steak tartare was a miss for me. It was over seasoned with some sort of dressing and it was ice cold. Usually it’s closer to room temperature. Roasted oyster app was delicious. Big miss for me was the deviled eggs. I love a classic deviled egg and this was far from it. I didn’t like the flavor or texture. My wife had fried shrimp po-boy while was very big. I tasted a shrimp from it and it was fantastic. A nice fresh shrimp and properly fried. I didn’t try the gumbo. But it was in a very thin broth. I personally enjoyed a thicker gumbo with lots of okra and roux. My wife loved the cocktails.“

“We had gone to Woodys for years and recently started visiting more frequently. Really enjoy the atmosphere and the food is good. The holiday decor is a whole vibe—the owners and staff really went all out to provide a warm, inviting experience for their customers. We are always greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. I always enjoy the time spent at Woodys, whether with friends or family. The seating options are many as the heated outdoor area is available all year long. “we've been going to 709 for many years, and go there quite often . service is always good, but the food has been hit or miss for the past year. they closed down and reevaluated their menu and staff. the new staff is excellent, as was the old. we have decided to continue to support 709 during their transition. Saturday's dinner was just not prepared to my liking. my fillet was medium well, when i asked for medium rare. the server was excellent, and tried everything to accomodate my requests. no fault of her own. but, the chefs should pay better attention to what they are cooking. the sushi chefs also need to check the freshness of the fish they are serving. the usually "red" tuna was gray. we tried a piece each, and decided not to eat it, and it was then off our bill. 709 was "the" place to grab a great meal.... look at my other reviews. not too sure anymore.“

I sat at the bar with my back to the sun, and the beer was cold, the bartenders friendly, and the cheeseburger was cooked to perfection. My only gripe was I asked for a thick slice of raw onion and was given a sliver of onion. To his credit, the bartender went into the kitchen to get more but came out with another sliver. Otherwise, it was a great experience. I'm looking forward to going back.“

The It is a small bar and grill with a dark almost mystical ambiance on a small one-way street. Price & Food + Beverage :-
I had not ordered anything so I don’t know about this. I was just there with them on last minute and I was full already.

Ambience :-
It was so amazing. The water view makes it more beautiful. Also there was live singing by the band, if you like it. And they played national song at time of sunset.

Restrooms :-
It was quite clean. Only thing is they’ve sensor light and it might turn off while you’re inside. So careful of that.

Our server was so nice with us and made sure we’re attended whenever we need to make any order. She was very helpful and nice.

Tips :-
It’s more beautiful if you go 1 hour before sunset. You can also take amazing pictures and videos there.

Parking: I was told they’ve both - free and paid parking. But we parked on paid. They charged around $2.5 per hour (don’t remember the exact amount)“
