And, it’s not even busy(shocking, I know)! While, I’m sure the employee is new, he gave me an attitude because I called to tell them I had been waiting. I’m disappointed… it was the nonchalant attitude from the person who took the call to the server. 😞“

“I wanted to take this time out to properly give props to this specific canes. The staff here are very warm and caring but the manager Phil is a true gem. I came in a few weeks ago because I had spilled my drink and I went in to get another drink because I couldn't have fingers without the lemonade.

Phil comp me the drink which was a very professional gesture but we had small talk and made me feel great. Two weeks later, I had came in to get some fingers and Phil came up to me and complimented me and pick up where our conversation was last left. He is truly a professional and attentive remember my order. Places needs more people like Phil.
