“Just moved into the area and stopped in with my visiting daughter. Very friendly owner and staff, so clean and smelled great. Got an apple tuner as hot blueberry muffins came out. Such a nice guy gave me a hot blueberry muffin welcoming me into the area. I will definitely go back and try their Chicken parm with vodka sauce panini!“

“Absolutely exceptional service all around, particularly the young girl making my food! Even though she was the only one behind the counter, she put out food like a machine gun! Food was made with utmost care, love, intent, power, and was eaten by myself ever so thoroughly after it was made. I have never eaten like this before. I am an avid honeygrow supporter, but the chimney rock location is something special. Each worker puts their soul and compassion into every, single, thing, that they do! “We live in Highland Park and have been ordering from DeeDee's since they opened! We've had them cater our kids' birthdays and have tried almost everything on the menu over the last year. Great pizza, and the chicken caesar cutlet sandwich is one of the best sandwiches in the state. Amazing service always as well!“

“The food was very good. I got the unlimited pasta thing but couldn't get a refill because I was already full from the garlic bread and other appetizers.

The waitress frequently checked on my table to see if we needed a refill or anything else, which was nice but a little excessive (sometimes she'd cut our conversations).“

“I tried this place for the first time ever a few days ago. The lamb gyro was so good I had to come back today for more, except this time I got the lamb platter with fries. It was phenomenal, so much so I had to go out of my way to leave a review which I rarely do. Everything was packed with flavor and the portion size was great. I will definitely keep going back.“

“Tried this pizza place as we moved to Bridgewater lately and was quite amazed to see the options available here. It’s like a subway of pizzas. We ordered 3 pizza with all individual toppings choice. The crust is quite thin and tasty. We enjoyed the whole ambience and the sitting area is clean. They have outdoor seating also.

“We had such a wonderful experience with Mathan! Although he is young, he carries himself with the maturity, poise, and professionalism of someone well beyond his years. From the moment he took care of us, he was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and sincere.

What stood out most was how naturally he went above and beyond. He made sure our waters were always full, paid attention to the little details throughout our meal, found a creative and thoughtful way to honor our Ruby Rewards, and even made sure we had our drink in a to-go cup before we left. None of it ever felt forced—he genuinely seemed to care that we were comfortable and well taken care of.

Beyond the excellent service, Mathan carries himself with such radiant positivity. His warmth and upbeat personality added so much to our experience and made our visit that much more enjoyable.

“Affordable & Yummy: I’ve been here twice for lunch and once for breakfast. Very happy with all three meals. My special tip: try one of their Costa Rican dishes. Amy and I had seafood soup lunch; my favorite so far here. Really excellent. My wife liked it as well, large portion we had to bring some of it home. The seafood tasted fresh and the spicing was memorable. Excellent broth. ($17) I also had a breakfast. Sort of an American scrambled eggs, kind of breakfast and it was good ($7:50). Potatoes were outstanding. Yummy freash coffee. My second lunch was the Costa Rican style tacos, which were very good. First time I’ve had that. I had took a photo which I’ll put on the review. Came with french fries which were nicely done. ($12:50) Service all three times so it was excellent. Restrooms clean. The inside has a old-time diner look to it. Cleary was probably diner for a long time. They still maintain a more American traditional diner menu in addition to the Costa Rican themed dishes. It was a nice surprise for Amy and Foundmourselves in Somerville, I as we were looking for something downtown. I sat outside for the second lunch and it was great. You’ll see you in the picture. Owners are present. I like the old time diner look. Definitely a bias of mine being a diner guy so I gave him five stars for that🙂 (FYI: You won’t see too many bad reviews from me. I tend to only post reviews of places I like. Also, I only do reviews generally after visiting an establishment three times. I occasionally make exceptions.
