I've also gotten hot & cold drinks--all yuck! The cappuccino was NOT nice & sweet like a cappuccino should be. The hazelnut mocha Java, I didn't like & a coffee that I got awhile ago was NOT hot. I went right back in to the restaurant to get a new 1,.. & I SWEAR they gave me back THE SAME 1- yeah, I was really pissed! Overall, this Panera IS good--the restaurant is nice & clean, my app orders are speedy & on time & the app coupons & rewards (for me) are good.“

“This is the first time I've ever experienced customer service this exceptional from a chain restaurant.
My friends and I recently ordered delivery, and unfortunately, the cheese was accidentally left off one of our sandwiches. I submitted a message through the website, and within less than 24 hours, not only did a staff member named Juan reach out to me, but the owner, Efrain, personally contacted me as well. He sincerely apologized and generously offered me a complimentary sandwich.

I took him up on the offer today, and once again, I was amazed by the level of care and hospitality. Efrain went above and beyond by having one of his team members, Henry, personally deliver the food.
I am genuinely shocked and incredibly grateful for the kindness and outstanding customer service that Efrain and his team have shown me and my friends. It's rare to encounter people who care this much about their customers, and it made a lasting impression.
