“I went in at 1:15am, and there was only one employee that I knew of working at this time. Granted, I was the only customer, and I imagine they rarely get much business during these hours. Still, the present staff was friendly and quick, and food still delicious.“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

Other locations or in general . My only complaint here: the surroundings the environment is run down and looks dirty ...hardly appealing to new residents or potential customers coming thru the neighborhood would be easily turned off by the way the atmosphere is kept and the lack of nicely kept landscaping - esthetically investing in A major overhaul and some system of cleanliness of the drive thru area would be extremely helpful and ideal. If you go elsewhere you find this to be less an issue. The service was efficient and friendly. Dunkin now serves oatmeal which was good. The coffee is always a pleasant treat. For $4 I'd say we lucked out with exactly what we wanted and enjoyed.“

“This branch is my first time ever having Dunkin coffee in the USA. I came to the USA last year and ever since i had a connection with this Dunkin' donuts branch. I don't know why i like this branch. The frozen coffee was amazing 😍🤩 but I thought it was super bazaar that there weren't ANY garbage cans outside to throw away ur cups or containers?! 🤔 At least one would be great. “There are many dunkin donuts in the area but this one is a favorite. No drive through since it is inside shoprite but the staff are friendly, and always make the drinks well. I seem to always have issues with other locations namely because quality can fluctuate wildly depending on whose making the coffee.“

“Really friendly staff at this Dunkin it is a rest stop along the highway, so they have 2 restrooms only 2. Yes, only 2 you might have to wait on a line to use them, but they are open even though there is a code on them, they just keep them unlocked and open. This isn't a real rest area. It is mainly just a Duncan, and a gas station can get busy at times So I suggest just use that bag in your car to poop.“

“Get coffee from this location every weekend and they never fail to make a bad coffee. I order through the app and my order is always ready within 2 minutes. Once in a blue moon I have had to wait longer than 5 min when the store was busy but that’s understandable.“
