“I went in at 1:15am, and there was only one employee that I knew of working at this time. Granted, I was the only customer, and I imagine they rarely get much business during these hours. Still, the present staff was friendly and quick, and food still delicious.“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

My only complaint here: the surroundings the environment is run down and looks dirty ...hardly appealing to new residents or potential customers coming thru the neighborhood would be easily turned off by the way the atmosphere is kept and the lack of nicely kept landscaping - esthetically investing in A major overhaul and some system of cleanliness of the drive thru area would be extremely helpful and ideal. If you go elsewhere you find this to be less an issue. “We stopped here for a quick early morning bite. The place is conveniently located near the Stop & Shop, and has lots of parking. This particular venue was spacious and clean. The service was efficient and friendly. Dunkin now serves oatmeal which was good. The coffee is always a pleasant treat. For $4 I'd say we lucked out with exactly what we wanted and enjoyed.“

“Plenty of parking. Very clean and the bathroom was clean and smells clean. I can tell the workers work efficiently to keep the store clean and tidy. The service was fast with many baristas on site. Food was good and for once the coffee tastes fresh. I cannot say the same for most Dunkin’s I have visited but this Dunkin left a refreshing taste of coffee in my mouth.“

“I’m only doing 4 stars because I went there and the young girl there now is very rude she don’t speak she kept going to the back and I was trying order I was the only one there waiting the older lady was doing online orders so she was busy I come here all the time and this time my sandwich was burnt and my hashbrowns was burnt to but the older lady did apologize I like when the man is there he have it running very well and he don’t burn my food“

“It's your average DD, they pretty much all look alike.When I got there today, after the breakfast rush, a gentleman was cleaning the tables and floor!First time here (I brought donuts to my Drs office. His staff is so sweet and it's fairly close to his office) and I found the workers to be very pleasant. They appeared to be having fun, laughing and taking with each other yet still very efficient. I was in and out quickly.Not a huge selection of donuts (I've noticed not many of them have a big selection anymore) but they had everyones favorite, basic donuts on the shelves.“

“There are many dunkin donuts in the area but this one is a favorite. No drive through since it is inside shoprite but the staff are friendly, and always make the drinks well. I seem to always have issues with other locations namely because quality can fluctuate wildly depending on whose making the coffee.“

The frozen coffee was amazing 😍🤩 but I thought it was super bazaar that there weren't ANY garbage cans outside to throw away ur cups or containers?! 🤔 At least one would be great.
