All the food looked and tasted delicious. Among the guests' favorite dishes: Mini potato pancakes, honey glazed salmon filets (my favorite), stuffed shells with marinara sauce, oven-roasted baby potatoes. Judy was also able to accommodate my last minute requests for gluten free servings. Her staff were efficient and proactive and the way they arranged my mom’s desserts made her so happy. “We used Mansi’s to cater a pre-wedding event for 125 people. We asked them to make it Surti style and it tasted homemade. We loved the food and so did our guests! Cons- the Boom Boom Shrimp batter was too heavy for my liking and I didn’t like the flavor. There’s no parking lot dedicated to the patrons so you have to lay a meter and mine didn’t work.“
