Dunkin' Donuts in South Plainfield

“Hi,I usually don't post reviews but just wanted to post my lovely experience with Amy from this Dunkin Donuts.I had placed an order on doordash from this dunkin that got delivered but it was incorrect. So I called this Dunkin and spoke to Amy. I did a redelivery for my initial order. Amy called me to tell me she was putting an extra drink and hashbrowns in my order and apologized for the inconvenience caused.I thought this was a real kind gesture and excellent customer service on her part. I would recommend this Dunkin to anyone just for their customer service alone. Thanks Amy and thank you Dunkin!“

“Plenty of parking. Very clean and the bathroom was clean and smells clean. I can tell the workers work efficiently to keep the store clean and tidy. The service was fast with many baristas on site. Food was good and for once the coffee tastes fresh. I cannot say the same for most Dunkin’s I have visited but this Dunkin left a refreshing taste of coffee in my mouth.“

I had the pleasure of being served by a young man (and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) who was professional kind and thorough. His professional manner will take him far in the service industry if he wishes to remain there. As a professional myself in finance, it’s people like him that make the day brighter!
