“This was my first time having a mochinut and it was absolutely delightful!!! Their taro mochinut has been my favorite flavor so far. The texture is sooo good. It's both chewy like mochi and doughy like a donut, the perfect mixture of both! Not too heavy and not too sweet. And their variety of flavors is amazing and unique! I can't wait to go back and have some more. I can tell the staff there work hard to pump out all these donuts and with such quality too! Please keep doing what you're doing!“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“When i went here to Dunkin Donuts (Or Baskins Robbins as Google calls it) was pretty simple and straightforward. I came here and placed an order for a donut while in the drive thru and after a short wait, i got my donut which was pretty sweet.They also did a renovation to their store a short while ago which looks pretty nice to hats off to them.“

“It was my first time here, just came cuz I was near a friend's house. The frozen coffee was amazing 😍🤩 but I thought it was super bazaar that there weren't ANY garbage cans outside to throw away ur cups or containers?! 🤔 At least one would be great. Other than that, excellent service (very courteous staff that paid attention to the little details regarding my order... Not many places actually do that which is a shame 😕 but this location and the staff DID! ☕☕☕“

“I've only been here once but was happy with the service and the quality of the items I bought. It was a holiday weekend and the drive thru line was very, very long but it moved pretty fast. “It's your average DD, they pretty much all look alike.When I got there today, after the breakfast rush, a gentleman was cleaning the tables and floor!First time here (I brought donuts to my Drs office. His staff is so sweet and it's fairly close to his office) and I found the workers to be very pleasant. They appeared to be having fun, laughing and taking with each other yet still very efficient. I was in and out quickly.Not a huge selection of donuts (I've noticed not many of them have a big selection anymore) but they had everyones favorite, basic donuts on the shelves.“

“There are many dunkin donuts in the area but this one is a favorite. No drive through since it is inside shoprite but the staff are friendly, and always make the drinks well. I seem to always have issues with other locations namely because quality can fluctuate wildly depending on whose making the coffee.“

“Really friendly staff at this Dunkin it is a rest stop along the highway, so they have 2 restrooms only 2. Yes, only 2 you might have to wait on a line to use them, but they are open even though there is a code on them, they just keep them unlocked and open. This isn't a real rest area. It is mainly just a Duncan, and a gas station can get busy at times So I suggest just use that bag in your car to poop.“

“ever since i was a kid i used to eat here all the time and there have been managers in and out the year of 2024 has had the best managers they care about there customers and treat everyone like family, i currently work here and there employees i consider very close to me.

Parking: it gets kinda crowded cause of the bar next door but it’s still good
