“I know recently they moved staff around. They moved 2 of the better girls to Andover, and switched others to Sparta. I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. Leah is great, it’s concerning on Sunday’s.“

“All in all, this Dunkin’ is really the best one I’ve been too, the workers and staff are really friendly and can make you laugh even if you’re not having a good day, the workers & staff here will make your day ten times better. There is one particular worker his name is Nour Ahmed, he’s a really nice guy, He interacts with costumers and gives high quality customer service. Along, with another worker named Tanvir he is very funny and honestly the best worker at this Dunkin’. Highly recommend!❤️❤️❤️“

“This is one of my favorite DD locations. It's always clean and service is fast. They are pretty well consistent with making drinks and food. Employees are friendly and fast paced. Restrooms are kept clean and tidy. Parking is great out front and it's conveniently located in the mall loop.“

“Hot chocolate was good ham and Swiss croissant was delicious. The jelly doughnut was a little stale not very fresh. The girl was working alone and forgot about my sandwich. I had to wait a little longer. They need to have two people there to work. I was a little bit disappointed about the jelly doughnut to be honest I expected it to be more.“

“The staff at this Dunkin are amazing! Seriously. I go to other Dunkins at times if I'm not near home and honestly they don't make drinks well. This Newton location by the Walgreens is absolutely fantastic! They are THE fastest drive thru crew ever at a Dunkin and they always get my drink orders perfect. “My son and I visited this store twice after school. The store was clean and their Doughnuts, Cakes, and Ice Creams were well displayed. The added highlights were the employees interactions with my son. They were hospitable, engaging and funny.
