“MJs has several locations and Spotswood is the closest to us. Bartenders are fast and friendly. The wings and the pizza are banging. The best Garlic Parm wings I've had. Always big wings cooked perfect and the right amount of flavor. Pizza is a great bar pie. The burgers are big and juicy. Plenty of TVs $3 Miller Lite drafts. Perfect for a have or a night out with friends.
I wish they would open a spot in Piscataway. I know a perfect location on South Washington avenue.“

“My family and I have had the great pleasure of having dinner at 618 in Freehold NJ on several occasions. It has quickly become our favorite restaurant! Everything on their menu is wonderful and we’ve tried so many appetizers, main courses and cocktails at this point. It’s rare to find a cool, comfortable restaurant with so many great cocktails and incredible choices across all menu selections. And, if that is not enough, their staff is truly a dream team. It was a bit chilly in the restaurant however service was wonderful. Manager kim waited on us. Extremely nice and was wonderful during our early lunch. Attended to all of our needs and we will be back for sure. She even made fresh chips and salsa. Perfect over the top service. We were very pleased.“

“We went on a Thursday. Happy hour wine for me and Sagria for my friend. Quite a few appetizers for $9 but we didn't try those. We opted for Burrata shared plate and a Pepperoni Flatbread. The Burrata plate was delicious, came with sliced baguette and pesto and a hummus drizzle on the plate for dipping. The Pepperoni Flatbread was thin crust with hot honey, very tasty however could have been baked a little longer, Service was excellent.“

“I’ve been coming here since with my father since I was a kid, this place over the years has gotten so much better, and the service here has always been amazing. The hosts are very kind and make sure we don’t wait too long til we get sat, the sever was great and I believe his name was Carlos. Phenomenal service and made sure our food and drinks came out as soon as possible. Drinks were great, food was delicious and it was cooked to my exact liking. I would definitely come again with friends and come back to Carlos as my server.“

“This was my first ever time at a Stewart’s Restaurant, and I can undoubtedly say that I was NOT disappointed. There are so many food items to choose from and they even offer a vegan menu. At this location specifically, the staff was very welcoming and were quick to check in on us when we needed something. My husband laughed because I had no idea that Nashville hot meant HOLY HOT lol. But I was not disappointed. With that said, the crispy Brussels sprouts, OH-EM-GEE. Hear me out. They were the best thing I think I've eaten...in well, ever. It wasn't just the whole Brussels sprout itself, it was mostly the outer skins that was coated in seasonings, oil, and crispy. They were SO GOOD!

“Review: Applebee’s Came Through Thanks to (Pretty Sure Her Name Was) Stephanie

Stopped by Applebee’s the other night expecting a regular chain-restaurant situation, but honestly? The real MVP was the server — I think her name was Stephanie. If it wasn’t, someone in there is definitely giving off strong Stephanie energy, because she crushed it.

She was quick, on top of everything, and actually seemed to care. Drinks stayed full, food came out hot, and she handled the whole table like a pro. No attitude, no disappearing act, none of that “I’ll be right back” then vanishing into a black hole. Just solid, reliable service that made the whole meal smoother.

Food was classic Applebee’s: good, predictable, hits the spot when you’re hungry. But the service? That’s what made it feel like a better experience than it probably should’ve been.

Bottom line: 4.5/5 — shoutout to maybe-Stephanie for carrying the night. If that wasn’t her name, someone please give the right girl some credit.“

“It seemed like the restaurant was closed but my friends and I was able to order some drinks at the bar, then we moved to a table for dinner. Our server Dominic was very attentive and helpful. Chicken tasted a little too dry, but all the other food we ordered was amazing; especially brisket! It was so tender and tasty. Two of the desserts we ordered with a cup of cappuccino were phenomenal. We were so full after finishing the bbq combo plate, but sure did finish both of the desserts ?
