“On a Tuesday evening, it was quiet--giving us time and space to talk with our friends, which was our goal. On Tuesday, there is also a special deal on appetizers: buy one, get one. We enjoyed our food. We looked over the check, which was just fine, as expected, but when we handed over our credit card, whoever ran the card put a different total on the charge, which we noticed as soon as the card was returned. They fixed it, but it should not have happened. Basically, a good place for appetizers, burgers, pizzas, and simple entrees. We will go back.“

“Absolutely loved my experience! The food was delicious everything came out fresh, hot, and surprisingly quick. You can really tell there’s care put into the food.

The owner was also amazing! So personable, welcoming, and genuinely provided great customer service. That kind of hospitality makes such a difference.

Even during Covid we stayed, they cared even though the kitchen was closed they advised us where to get take out. It is a comfortable, friendly place to stay.“

“Haven't set foot inside Docks since 2004 for no other reason than it's a little out of the way from home and I'm not much of a drinker. I've been working in the area again for about a year and wanted to find a local spot to go with some coworkers and figured since it was close, why not try Docks. I happened across a picture of one of their burgers and had to try one since having my gallbladder removed and being able to once again enjoy the occasional bacon cheeseburger. Stopped there tonight with a coworker, got the Houston Burger and let me tell you... it was incredible. Burger was well seasoned and juicy (even though I always order well done) and the bacon was top quality. The prices were fantastic and my coworker said they had one of the best Guinness draughts he's had in a long time. Definitely see it turning into a to-do after work more often.“

“It seemed like the restaurant was closed but my friends and I was able to order some drinks at the bar, then we moved to a table for dinner. Our server Dominic was very attentive and helpful. Chicken tasted a little too dry, but all the other food we ordered was amazing; especially brisket! It was so tender and tasty. Two of the desserts we ordered with a cup of cappuccino were phenomenal. We were so full after finishing the bbq combo plate, but sure did finish both of the desserts ? “Excellent little diner inside the convenience store right next to Dunkin donuts. It's a family-owned business. It's a husband and wife. The wife makes the best empanadas there. They're fresh, made every single day. The chicharron is excellent. And I love the breakfast sandwiches. That's usually my go-to there. I get a a pork roll egg and cheese with jalapenos and they get my order right every single time.“

“The outlaw ribeye is a solid steak. Can’t go wrong. Moe at this location is a great dude too. Deserves a raise and all the accolades. I only ever get the outlaw ribeye. Priced well with sides. Slap ya mama kind of good. Easy going. Cheaper beer good steak.“

“Being a meat cutter by trade in the Air Force, having a hard time cutting a $45 med/rare filet is hard to swallow. The fact it was served already cut, apparently was the first clue to be prepared, this may take a minute. Flavor was better, but still needed to ask for s&p. Whipped potatoes amazing! French Onion soup as well. Rib appetizer out of this world! Don't buy the chicken nuggets although the presentation basket was a nostalgic touch. Macncheese side was incredible! Recommend the Wood-double Bourbon.“

“Just had my Aunt’s 80th birthday celebration at SLS and the experience could not have been better. From the planning with Judy to the day of party execution with Jane. Even the owner Mark stopped by to check in. The room was warm, the service was impeccable and the food was excellent for all 40 guests - which is no small feat. We highly recommend Stage Left and their sister restaurant Lombardi’s. A great place to make some life long memories.“

“We stayed here so we could go to Six Flags. Really nice people and great customer service ! The front desk was very accommodating and helpful and the restaurant/ bar personnel were extremely sweet! Not many options to eat but what we had was actually fresh and surprisingly good for a small hotel. Free parking and laundry room were a big plus. Very quiet neighborhood and some weddings were happening while we stayed but I basically heard no noise from guests or was bothered by loud music. Really recommend!“

“Best pizza in New Jersey! I’m honestly surprised Dave Portnoy hasn’t come to rate this place a 10. Their pizza is incredibly crispy, and the ingredients are simple but high quality. They’re always making different pies throughout the day, so there’s always something fresh and delicious coming out.

The customer service is impeccable. I’m not from New Jersey, but every time I walk in, they treat me like family. They also have a great lunch special—two slices of any kind. I usually go for the vodka cheese and a pepperoni slice, and it never disappoints. Oh, and you have to try the sugar-free cream soda—it’s so good!

“We had a nice time celebrating my son's surprise 21st birthday at Grillestone. Jose and staff were all very nice and easy to work with and they even helped pull off the surprise. Since it was a 21st Birthday, I wanted to keep it casual and wanted food that my son enjoys when hanhing out. Jose was accommodating and I ordered all different appetizers as the meal. We had plenty of food and it came out all night long as discussed just needed a little bread in between (lol) and we even had leftovers to take home as well. We had a variety of pizza, fried calamari, avacado toast, wings, mac & cheese, nachos, sliders & fries, quesadilla & Ceasar Salad, Great staff, food, drinks all night long. The only thing missing was the band/ DJ but the weather didn't cooperate that night. Thanks again and we look forward in coming back!!!“
