“We’ve stayed here annually for 16 years. It’s a pass through for us. One night but friendly and helpful staff good food and we seen the same FD staff for the past 12 years. Even during Covid we stayed, they cared even though the kitchen was closed they advised us where to get take out. It is a comfortable, friendly place to stay.“

“5 stars because the food was good. The employees taking our order had better things to be doing than working, they made it obvious by how much they cared to be there. The other employee bringing food up to the counter was just as enthused to be working, made obvious by whispering the name on the order when setting out on the counter. Customer service was lacking, but the food made up for it.

“The atmosphere of restaurant is great. Service was very good, and staff is friendly. Food was very good. My wife and I had the Turkey dinner and it was very good. Dessert was wonderful. Also tried a beer from a local brewery in Cape May that was on tap and enjoyed this as well. Look forward to coming back again.“

It was a bit chilly in the restaurant however service was wonderful. Manager kim waited on us. Extremely nice and was wonderful during our early lunch. Attended to all of our needs and we will be back for sure. She even made fresh chips and salsa. Perfect over the top service. We were very pleased.“

“We went on a Thursday. Happy hour wine for me and Sagria for my friend. Quite a few appetizers for $9 but we didn't try those. We opted for Burrata shared plate and a Pepperoni Flatbread. The Burrata plate was delicious, came with sliced baguette and pesto and a hummus drizzle on the plate for dipping. The Pepperoni Flatbread was thin crust with hot honey, very tasty however could have been baked a little longer, Service was excellent.“

“I’ve been coming here since with my father since I was a kid, this place over the years has gotten so much better, and the service here has always been amazing. The hosts are very kind and make sure we don’t wait too long til we get sat, the sever was great and I believe his name was Carlos. Phenomenal service and made sure our food and drinks came out as soon as possible. Drinks were great, food was delicious and it was cooked to my exact liking. I would definitely come again with friends and come back to Carlos as my server.“

“This was my first ever time at a Stewart’s Restaurant, and I can undoubtedly say that I was NOT disappointed. There are so many food items to choose from and they even offer a vegan menu. At this location specifically, the staff was very welcoming and were quick to check in on us when we needed something. If you're looking to please both American and Korean pallets, this is it. The concept is a really interesting fusion of Korean and American cuisine—if anything, I’d describe it as American food with a Korean twist.

The menu is surprisingly diverse, which makes it easy for everyone in a group to find something they’ll enjoy. We tried a mix of dishes—from the beet and orange salad to Korean fried chicken, quinoa bowls, and even pastas with Korean-inspired flavors—and everything was solid.

What really stood out was the balance of flavors. Nothing was overly saucy or overpowering, yet each dish had a distinct and satisfying taste. You can clearly pick up the Korean seasoning, but it’s subtle and well integrated rather than overwhelming. Even the traditional Korean tofu soup had authentic flavor without being overly spicy or heavy.

The atmosphere adds to the experience as well. The two-floor setup—with the main dining upstairs and outdoor seating available—feels cozy but still spacious. Parking is also convenient with street options and a small lot in the back.

Overall, a fantastic spot for Korean-American fusion with a menu that truly offers something for everyone, including kids. The kids pasta in butter was really good, especially the pasta. Maybe homemade pasta...“

“We went to dine with this rag tag restaurant and the experience was awful. The waitress had no teeth and asked my son for his? At first we thought “hey maybe they are joking” then all of a sudden. They lady grabbed his front bicuspid. Needless to say - at that point we were concerned. Because we had a long day we were still hungry. So we stuck around. The next thing you know. The toothless individual brought another toothless friend and tried to get my tooth as well. At that point. We know. Time to get out of here. We were cooked. Unlike the food at this gross place.“

“I had a great experience at Iron & Ivy! I loveeeee going to hotel restaurants! I feel like I'm on a sense of vacation even though I'm not staying over! When you walk into Iron & Ivy, you're greeted by a beautiful fireplace and bright, stocked bar! The hostess was so sweet and recommended amazing menu options! We started off with the quesadillas and the bourbon bbq wings! When I tell you, the quesadillas were top 5 all time, they are TOP 5! They didn't fall apart and were toasted to perfection as well as loaded with shrimp and cheese and beans and corn! It was PHENOMENAL! For dinner we ordered the Grilled Flat Iron Steak and the Spinach & Roasted Garlic Tortellini! The veggies were so delicious and it was a huge portion that I was able to bring home for lunch the next day! For drinks, you couldn't go wrong with the dirty martini, the very berry martini and the Soccer Mom Lemonade! It was a great night overall and they have a huge inside / outside dining area! “Can’t praise enough about this Place, was just visiting New Jersey yesterday & accidentally stopped in at Chicken Holiday, The owner is so generous & down to earth, haven’t received a service of this kind at any of Fast food restaurant, we placed a order & this gentleman said 10 minutes, but he handed 2 chicken wings & a breaded chicken to try in the mean while, then he even let us try the hush puppies, the food was Incredibly delicious & he even gave us huge portion & extra wings along with our Order. This is a must visit if you are around East Windsor or Sayerville or Hightstown, we took the food to the Old Hights Brewery people praised saying it smells Awesome. “We came on vacation to Princeton, NJ from Texas, and I was dying to try their Taylor ham/pork roll & their famous lox bagel and I am so glad I did. It was amazing. We also ordered a bagel with egg and cheese and it was so good. Coffee was a bit disappointing tbh but overall we liked their bagel sandwiches.“

“Haven't set foot inside Docks since 2004 for no other reason than it's a little out of the way from home and I'm not much of a drinker. I've been working in the area again for about a year and wanted to find a local spot to go with some coworkers and figured since it was close, why not try Docks. I happened across a picture of one of their burgers and had to try one since having my gallbladder removed and being able to once again enjoy the occasional bacon cheeseburger. Stopped there tonight with a coworker, got the Houston Burger and let me tell you... it was incredible. Burger was well seasoned and juicy (even though I always order well done) and the bacon was top quality. The prices were fantastic and my coworker said they had one of the best Guinness draughts he's had in a long time. Definitely see it turning into a to-do after work more often.“

“I like how the restaurant is decorated with a Western theme and that they play Country music. The food and the service is overall very good. They are usually very quick and friendly. Sometimes if you order an additional item with your main course there may be an extra wait for it. They once forgot to give me the mushrooms that I ordered and I didn't notice it until I got home. But when I called the manager kindly sent me a $10. gift card. I especially like their wildest shrimp, chicken wings and their corn. Their prices are very reasonable as well and their portions are pretty good.

Make sure you check your napkins and flatware. I was once given a set that had hair on the napkin.“

“My husband and I went there for the first time this week for breakfast. The food was good, the service fast and friendly. On the small side but that just adds to the charm. “OUR ONLY PLACE FOR BREAKFAST. I personally don't know much about dining in because I always order delivery. The one time I did go in to pick up an order, it was packed so I'll stick to delivery lol. Since we found this place we haven't used anyone else for breakfast. I've tried other egg bagels with walnut raisin cream cheese in the past and they don't compare. My bf gets the breakfast sandwiches and also prefers them over anyone else's. This is now our GO TO restaurant. Seriously, the food is delicious!

“My wife and I are on the #eatjersey challenge to visit and have a meal in all 564 towns of NJ. We chose Tavern on the Lake for Hightstown, our 150th town.

Great eats and comfort food in a place that is at the center of the town. They have a fantastic beer selection on draft that rotates over time. For the fall season, we had a Hot Toddy and Spiked Cider. The French dip sandwich and crab cakes were great.

When there's warmer weather, they have a great outdoor patio too!“

“We needed a place to get together after a game with a lot of people. The Colonial didn’t hesitate when I said 20 people. We came and they sat us in the back so we could all be together. Phil and Pedro were an amazing team. They organized our checks by family and all of our food came out hot, fast and delicious. So very thankful for this option in the area!“
