The rolls are fresh and very tasty.For dessert there was ice cream fried in dough. I will definitely come to Sakana Japanese Cuisine often and will definitely recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances.Thanks to the owners for respecting people.“

“I find it hard to believe I have not argued this place, maybe they changed businesses or owners and my old review is there. Which I can totally own because when I originally started coming here it was just sultan wok and now it is sultan wok/ Asian Express. This is my top choice spot for Chinese takeout locally. To the point where when they are closed and I want Chinese takeout, I just wait until they're open and get something else. My go-to is the general tso is chicken, with which I like to treat myself for lunch when I am working from home. Is this the best Chinese food I've ever eaten, I don't know. Does it satisfy the craving when I have it, absolutely. I would say there are days when I think their food is particularly better than others, without rhyme or reason, but I do tend to find their food tends to be better more often than it's not. Not. I also like when general tso chicken has a nice crunch to it and they tend to have better chicken than other places. I don't think I've ever had it and it'd be soggy unless I'm reheating it which does not count. The woman there tends to be very friendly. Who takes the orders, they have to have a system that gives the name of the customer because she always knows my name and greets him with a hello Mike when she answers the phone. Now if I ordered more regularly I could totally see her knowing my name. However, I do not order frequently enough for her to know who I am, which makes me think they have to have some sort of system. Either way it's nice or is she just that good at her job. All in all, I don't think you can go wrong. Getting takeout from here. I've tried some other spots in town with high recommendations and have been sorely disappointed. I hate soggy chicken and I've never gotten soggy chicken from here.“

Have gone for dinner on week nights both times and have not needed reservations. They DO have a full liquor license. They also have gluten free soy sauce available upon request. “Randomly stumbled upon Sushi Saga after our first AYCE sushi option had a ridic wait. I had called and said there was no wait. We arrived and we were seated immediately. They had the usual AYCE sushi restaurant items- various sushi rolls, hand rolls, sashimi, hot appetizers, small plate dishes, and desserts. We placed our order of a few of the hot and cold apps and sushi and sashimi. And gave our completed order forms to the waiter. We loved the variety of the hot apps and omg they were all so good. The seafood medley was my favorite and it was served on a clam shell. Nice presentation. The crab rangoons were amazing with the Thai chili dipping sauce. The sushi was served altogether on a big platter. All were made to order and was so fresh. So delicious! Overall we enjoyed our meal and the food was great. Service was great and the entire staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back again.“

When I was a little girl, I would so look forward to their INIMITABLE teriyaki dark meat chicken samples, and I spent my first wages ever on an actual meal from this place. It is a time-tested fixture at the Freehold mall, a must-have if you ever work or shop here and still a reliably fast and delicious option for me when I am in the area. I’m pretty sure I’ve been helped by the exact same woman at the front of the line my entire life, and she gives me a big smile every time I see her. I’ve tried teriyaki/bourbon chicken at other malls all over the state, and this is the only one that is not only delicious, but is prepared in way that is not greasy. This is truly the only place I will go for Americanized Chinese food and enjoy it at all. My go-to: 2 sides, 2 entrees - string beans and plantains, double teriyaki chicken. Even post-pandemic, the price is unbeatable for the amount of food you get.“
