“Burger is OK, but I just ordered a flash burger, which has a fried egg. Specifically asked them not to over fry the egg . And they do exactly what I ask him not to do. If you’re gonna put an egg on a burger like that, you might as well scramble it if you don’t know what over easy means. Definitely don’t waste your money if you want an egg on the burger. Because they definitely don’t make it right.”

Ordered take out, it is convenient to the Hilton Garden Inn Springfield. Everything was ready on time. I will be back and encourage others to try it out.

“Thursday night we called Pizza Barn to have delivery two sandwiches we were staying in a comfort inn in Burlington on 541 I gave them the exact address they still delivered it to the wrong hotel they delivered it to the Best Western and took a picture so I have the picture they sent me but I never got a phone calls from them the picture shows a sign that says do not disturb Best Western on the door when I used the picture they sent to show them they were wrong they offered nothing but to steal money..and lyed and said they would refund I was upset because I liked there food but can't afford to bye the guy at bestwesern dinner ..”

“I come here a lot! I've never left a review, but today... I ordered a salad. I always order it with no tomatoes. First, I don't like them and second, I sometimes get itchy after eating them. So, in general I just avoid them. Today they put tomatoes in it. I got to the counter with the salad and receipt. They said they couldn't take it back, that they would have to toss it. So, I kept it and waited for them to prepare a new one.. When it was ready, an asian lady that I had never seen, asked me to bring it back.. She asked if I was allergic, to which I responded "yes, but I can give it to someone at work" I don't remember exactly how the conversation went but she asked me to give it back. Which is fine. I technically did not pay for it. However, I kind of could not believe it.. I asked if she wanted me to give it back to make sure I heard her right. She said yes.. So, I did. My point is, would you rather toss a salad because YOU made a mistake, as opposed to letting someone else eat it?? Is a free salad really going to make ANY difference to a business like Panera Bread? I felt so disappointed!! Not because of the salad itself. Again, I did not pay for it and my purpose was not to get a free salad.. It was more like sadness.. What kind of person prefers to throw out a salad when somebody else can actually eat it? How miserable do you have to be?? Anyway... Like I said, I come here a lot. They've gotten my order wrong a few times, but I've never said anything because who cares? If it's not a big deal, I just eat it. In this case, I could not and that's why I brought it to their attention.. In general, two men that I think are the managers are nice and attentive. The rest of the staff is ok. Place is clean. Music can be a bit too loud.”

“As I was walking to my car today, my bag ripped and most of my fries fell all over the parking lot. One of the workers saw what had happened and was kind enough to run out and offer us another fry. Unfortunately we were in a rush to get to an appointment so I really didn’t have enough time to go back in. But as I was backing out, he came running out with a new order of fries! “I’ve been going to beach taco since it opened, owner did a great job on the decor, and also greeted with a big smile from Raquel, the cashier who takes our orders, the staff is extremely nice and always checking on your meal to see if it came out right. I highly recommend it, food it great!”
