I recently placed an order for a cake to be picked up on my way to work. The morning I was to pick up the cake, I was informed by the employees that my cake had not been prepared and would not be ready for over an hour of when I was supposed to pick up the cake. I left frustrated without a cake but on my way to work received a call from the owner.
