“Have been wanting to stop for the longest time. Finally did tonight. The food was fantastic! We were lucky enough to sit in the booth reserved for The Soprano Family!! Made the experience that much better. Nice to see the spot were the final episode was filmed but if we lived closer we would come back for the food!! So glad David Chase picked Holsten’s!!“

“Saw this gorgeous little boutique in the mall, and I had to stop in!
The presentation of the chocolates and gelatos are eye catching and organized. I love the displays for Easter and chocolate eggs are my favorite!! Especially the mini Lampone eggs. I grabbed many mix & match chocolates along the wall which are paid by weight. The employee named Angel was very kind and helpful explaining all of the options and recommending gelato flavors which made making a decision much easier for me.
I chose a gourmet baby cone with pistachio and it was scooped to perfection! I will be back for more soon :)“

Every flavor hits, whether you’re sticking with a classic or trying something new. The shop has such a friendly, welcoming vibe, and the staff is always great.“

“We recently hired Danny’s Soft Serve Ice Cream Truck for our event, and it was absolutely perfect! I actually found them because they’re always driving around our neighborhood, and everyone gets excited when they hear that music coming down the street. So when it came time to book an ice cream truck, choosing Danny’s was a no-brainer. The service was super friendly, the ice cream was delicious, and the whole setup added such a fun vibe to our event. All of our guests, kids and adults loved it! Danny was punctual, easy to work with, and made everything feel effortless.“

“It's Rita's, I mean come on, 5 stars is a guarantee. It is a snow cone, ice cream fusion. Only negative could be the fact you may have to wait in line a bit during peak hours because, well, it's that damn good 👍
@LiveLongNFree“

“friendly staff, delicious ice cream and beautiful Christmas trees!“

“Good donuts, great staff, wasn’t sure what to get and they were able to walk me through getting something a little custom just for my taste. It’s always so bright and cheerful inside. Oh and the donuts are made fresh??? Amazing!!! (Try the cinnamon sugar donuts trust me)“

“Decided to stop in after a tour visit to Montclair University and receiving a gift card for Christmas. Everything was delicious. We ordered brisket fries, cheese fries, smash patty melt, Montclair Blue Burger, build your own burger and 3 shakes. Everything was amazing including the burger buns (fluffy and airy). I wish they were closer to us, Old Bridge could definitely use a really good burger place.“

“I had vanilla ice cream in a cone with the chocolate dip. 1 thing I can say after all these years the ice cream had not changed!!!!“

“One of the best gelatos I’ve tried in the US! This makes all the other gelatos I’ve tried seem unauthentic. The hazelnut and pistachio were amazing. I don’t like pistachio ice cream but their pistachio flavor tasted nutty and delicious. I see why so it’s bustling with people going in and out!“

“Love Frozen Flamingo!! Great options for anyone!! Sarah even accommodates those who want all natural options!!!!! Highly recommend her unsweet tea and lemonade!!!! So refreshing!!!“

“We ordered my son’s birthday cake from SOMA Sweets about a month ago, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Steve managed to bring my 5-year-old’s very specific “Venom cake” vision to life on short notice, and it came out better than we imagined.

He also partnered with another great local business, Bakes By Izzy, to make it happen. The cake looked incredible and tasted even better.

If you’re looking for an amazing custom ice cream cake, these are your people.“

“el helado de chocolate con oreo“

“Ice cream is good! Sucks they didn’t have some things and said it would be available next week. Also there was only one worker and wasn’t moving fast enough our ice cream was melting while waiting for the rest of our order. Also be aware with a card charge there is a random $1 being charged with no explanation on the receipt. Comes up as a “.” with $1.00 next to it. Wasn’t aware of it to my knowledge. Overall ice cream is pretty good.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in NJ – Salaam Ice Cream Parlor is a Must-Visit
it’s a full experience. The place is vibrant, clean, and welcoming, with a unique cultural charm that sets it apart from your typical ice cream shop .
The ice cream in question? rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Whether you’re into classic vanilla bean or want to try something new . every scoop is crafted with care and creativity. The waffle cones are crisp and honestly addictive.
What truly makes Salaam stand out is the exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly and patient. You can tell they genuinely care about the community and the people who walk up to get icecream.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Salaam Ice Cream Parlor deserves a spot at the top of your list. It’s more than a sweet treat—it’s a place that brings people together.“

“Best ice cream around!!! Friendly staff Very clean“

“No contest. DQ and Last Licks are good, sometimes necessary in the pinch. But, Scoop Coop? Legendary. They just know how to nuance the nuance of soft serve...and the homemade hard flavors are consistently delicious. A sweet balance and perfect mouth feel. Service is of same high, joyful standard.“

“Most delicious custard, I personally love the twist 😋 on the waffle cone!“

“Lots of flavor variety. Wish the sugar free/ NSA flavors were listed on the menu .“

“Great ice cream and soup!“

“love the ice cream here and great service🤗🤗“

“I have not physically been to their store, but have watched their TikToks and live stream.( J did an absolutely stunning job with the cakes she was making today. She did happy birthday cakes, to streamers, to a gory unicorn cake that represented a Halloween theme. She is very fast handed and very detail oriented when it comes to making those cakes come to life! She also went over how she makes roses on cakes as well which as her least favorite part, was my favorite part. It was pretty fascinating and captivating learning more about the art of cakes! We also were able to see her role from cake making, to her customer service abilities. In my opinion she was pretty kickass! She is very spunky and very funny. Mike has cultivated a very positive workplace where they have fun with the job, which is what it should be about. My strongest advise is don’t knock it till you try it for yourself! Don’t listen to others opinions until you have witnessed them, their cakes, and other goodies for yourself. Not everything online is what is seems! Go check them out!(:“

“The take out process is brilliant. Nothing better than a couple of quarts of McCools ice cream to have on hand! Order online and pick up at the curb.“

“I ordered a #Cinderellacake custom made #perfect for my granddaughter’s’ 1st birthday and the employees are very polite the young lady that took my order was very nice.“

“The young lady who took my order today was wonderful. Polite and didn't rush me and my granddaughter. Thank you.“

“This place is just amazing! There were 5 of us and we all ordered something different. Everything we got was delicious- we all tried each other's dishes. There's a little bit of everything to satisfy even the pickiest eater. I would just drive her (over a 2 hour drive for me) just to come eat here. I need this place closer to home, lol.“

“I was Happy to try the Flamethrower Burger w/Fries,along with a Medium drink/Flurry(Awesome service worthy of 10,000/10,000 of awesomeness)“

“I came here because I love the Haagen Dazs Ice Cream brand that you buy at the store so I decided to come here they have a wide variety of flavors and I got the strawberry since that’s my favorite Haagen Dazs flavor the ice cream tasted good but it was really hard and did not taste as good as the pint it was still really good but it’s expensive so I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here“

“I absolutely love this shop, my go-to spot no matter the mood! The staff are always friendly and provide great service.

Best value for quality and quantity. My favorites are Monkey Madness and Moody Mango, and their bubble teas are perfectly balanced not too sweet.

Everything here is consistently delicious and never disappoints!“
