“Jason is honestly one of the main reasons going to Rita’s Ice is such a good experience. “I have not physically been to their store, but have watched their TikToks and live stream.( J did an absolutely stunning job with the cakes she was making today. She did happy birthday cakes, to streamers, to a gory unicorn cake that represented a Halloween theme. She is very fast handed and very detail oriented when it comes to making those cakes come to life! She also went over how she makes roses on cakes as well which as her least favorite part, was my favorite part. It was pretty fascinating and captivating learning more about the art of cakes! We also were able to see her role from cake making, to her customer service abilities. In my opinion she was pretty kickass! She is very spunky and very funny. Mike has cultivated a very positive workplace where they have fun with the job, which is what it should be about. My strongest advise is don’t knock it till you try it for yourself!
