“We stopped here for a 101:5 breakfast. We were hungry. The service was quick. We served our own coffee and sat by the window. The server quickly brought us our toasted bagels with sausage, egg and cheese. They were delicious and big enough that I brought half of mine home

What made our visit really memorable was the staff member Misheel (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong!) who made absolutely sure our food was satisfactory. When we picked up our food, he made sure we knew that we could come to them with any concerns or questions. I got up at one point to get some butter for my bread and some dressing for my salad, and he was super accommodating. He also came by to check on us as we were eating. Really stellar service, I’m super impressed!“

“As I was walking to my car today, my bag ripped and most of my fries fell all over the parking lot. One of the workers saw what had happened and was kind enough to run out and offer us another fry. Unfortunately we were in a rush to get to an appointment so I really didn’t have enough time to go back in. But as I was backing out, he came running out with a new order of fries! Whether we get take out or dine in, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is fresh and flavorful, the music is calming jazz and the booths are so comfortable. We have many favorite dishes @ we especially love the thickness & taste of the raita. We highly recommend this restaurant, and we also enjoyed it 25 years ago when it was Begum Palace. I got the original chicken with rice platters and one chicken mix gyro wrap. Excellent and momma is really hard to please. We’re transplants from NYC and with NYC being at the top of the dining out / take home capital it is tough for many States and counties to compete with the flavor and cooking styles easily found in NYC just around every corner.

OMGRYRO easily hits all the marks with the exception of the Jerk Chicken. Jerk Chicken flavor profile is no bueno in my humble opinion and that is because it doesn’t come close to tasting like jerk seasoning and can’t compare to true jerk style flavor.

Everything else is we ordered and devoured tasted great, high on flavor with decent portion sizes.

Hope they put the Jerk Season flavor to the chicken NYC style.“
