“I tried to put another review on Google but since I just entered my first review on April 6th it would not let me submit another one. I was there again this past weekend with my daughter and we ordered the filet mignon and it was amazing!!!! Luke was our waiter on Saturday and he was excellent!!! Potstickers were great as well!!! When my daughter, grandson, girlfriend and others come down Element is certainly our go to place!!! Thank you everyone from the friendly greeting when you arrive to the amazing waiters and waitresses to the chefs and beyond! This restaurant runs like a “Swiss Watch” well done!!!“

“Went here with a party of 8. They don’t accept reservations but they sat our party in a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was packed! Fun vibe and Friendly and attentive staff.

The food was honestly out of this world delicious. The sourdough toast with ricotta and pistachio might be the best bite I’ve ever had in my life. I had the golden tilefish for dinner and it was cooked beautifully. My wife had the Pork Katsu and it is was also delicious.
Dessert course was awesome. Sticky toffee pudding and an orange cake that will ruin you for all other orange cakes!

“We have been going to Black Eyed Susan's since their prior location across the street when it was BYOB and I can't believe it's actually gotten better in terms of menu and the cocktail menu is amazing too. With the addition of Marigold this summer they've reached the next level. We hope to rent it out next year for a private event. Could not recommend it enough if you're on Long Beach Island (or even if you have to drive the bridge)“

“Ordered delivery for our first time because our son said that they were great. Young woman on phone was very nice and verified all items in order. Delivery was quite fast for it being dinner time and the young man was very nice.. The chimichangas are outrageous! The green sauce is great but the mole' is really great. The empandas come smothered and can be an entire meal on their own. Really good stuff. They even add seperate containers of rice and beans. This is a superior restaurant.“

“We bought scallops, shrimp and crab cakes for a Valentines day meal. Well...deliciousness is not the word...those crab cakes...incredible- beautiful texture,if there was even a hint of any filler you d be hard pressed to find it.Sweet meat with a very well balanced seasoning of the crab cake. Scallops sweet as sugar!!!Sautéed beautifully ( it was a butter and white wine sauce ) Shrimp- also perfect for the meal!!I bought the pre cleaned to save a little time. Any questions I had were answered also tips were given for cooking times as he inquired as to the meal preparation as well. We will definitely be back for more seafood!!!!!!“

“Went to dinner Saturday night with my parents who dine there often (after many years on the island...crazy it was my first time). Our waiter, Alex was SO incredibly kind and a wonderful waiter. I cannot have gluten so he were really cautious in checking to make sure everything I ordered was safe for me. A great spot, where I felt completely welcome. My one gentle comment is to ask that the music be lowered or nixed in the dining area. We found ourselves shouting a bit to hear one another. I will definitely be back...trying happy hour next! John who bartends just excellent customer service and attention to details, Greg, Connor and Tim also great customer service and charming guys. “Atmosphere was great. Decorated cute for Christmas. Ordered the fried calamari which was cooked perfect and the flavors were great. The mussels were my favorite of the apps we ordered. Light and flavorful. The steamed clams New England style were good too!“

“We used the Sea Shell for our wedding venue and can’t say enough nice things about it. For starters our planners were amazing, Brittany and Jaimee were always available to answer any questions we had. They set everything up just the way we wanted. The food during cocktail hour was to die for and all of our guests raved about it. The weather wasn’t in our favor in the morning and at first we were going to do the ceremony under the tiki hut but were able to change to the sand an hour before. Dinner was also amazing and everything was delicious. The Shell made a dream come true and we can’t thank them enough.“
