One of the highlights of our visit was the cocktail program. We sampled the cocktail flight and had the opportunity to try several of their signature drinks. The Watermelon Mojito was especially refreshing and perfect for a warm summer afternoon overlooking the basin. The drinks were fresh, balanced, and beautifully presented.

Of course, pizza is the star of the show. The specialty pizza we ordered arrived loaded with toppings, baked with a crisp crust, quality ingredients, and plenty of flavor. Every bite tasted fresh, and it’s easy to see why this has become a popular destination for both locals and visitors.

Another feature worth mentioning is The Crew Room, a separate event space upstairs that offers its own unique atmosphere. “I was a die hard Mack’s fan until we decided to try a pizza option that was outside the box in 2023. Crazy Junkie Pizza next to the Boardwalk Chapel is Amazing. The ingredients are so fresh and flavorful. The pizza is a work of art. Taste is one of a kind. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. We were just there this week for the second time while on our yearly vacation to Wildwood. The quality, tastes, and flavor profile was exactly as we remembered from last year. If you are tired of the same old pizza offerings and want an adventurous alternative then Crazy Junkie pizza hits that mark. “I've been enjoying Macks Pizza since 1971 when my parents let an 11 year old walk the boardwalk alone for the first time. Mrs T was one of my first memories. we've been several times a year since and each of my children and grandkids have had their first slice of pizza at Macks. Yes, I happily drive 2 and a half hours to load up on the best Pizza ever!!“

“Listen up Kingdom!!! We got a new wing king in town. I grew up in Wildwood. Home of some of the best pizza in South Jersey and some would argue the East Coast. So please understand the gravity of this statement: Bruni’s has the best pizza and wings in the Rio Grande area and it’s open year round. Bruni's Pizzeria Let’s break this down. I had to survey the food for the my first since ownership changed hands. This has been a go to spot since I’ve moved out to Rio Grande, but hadn’t had a chance to check in for a while. Cheesesteak w/ fried onions & green peppers. Came with a bag of chips and side of crisp pickles. Classy Bruni’s…very classy. Also, banging cheesteak! Bruni’s over here standing on business with a generous portion of steak and cheese. The roll was loaded and every bite was delicious! Pizza: Alwasy amazing, but for some reason it just had a little extra crisp to the crust. Honestly, incredible… from the sauce, to the crust, to the cheese. Barstool Sports should get in on the magic happening in those ovens. Okay, a newer item on the menu. An excellent business decision. The Wings! I need to say this with all respect. These wings reminded me of Bill’s Corner Deli. The wings are phenomenal so if you like the crispy style wings or just a wing lover this is your spot when you’re in town. Also, we got a side of blue cheese and a side of ranch with our order (ranch for the wife, lol). The ranch sauce was next level. Why is this review soooo long? Because Bruni’s is worth it. “I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this experience was especially frustrating. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. I timed the delivery to make sure it would arrive by dinner, and when I opened the box and saw a regular red sauce pizza instead, I was heartbroken. Mistakes happen — I get that. What made this worse was how it was handled when I called the restaurant. A young woman who answered the phone was kind and apologetic, and I appreciated that. But after holding for over six minutes, I was passed to someone who immediately accused me of placing the order wrong. I had already double-checked my Grubhub receipt before calling — the order was placed correctly. I even had a screenshot as proof. When I was passed to the manager, I expected a little more compassion and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and more blame. I offered to send a screenshot to show the order was right on my end, but the manager refused to look at it and stood by their claim that I was the one at fault. Ironically, the first woman I spoke with had mentioned it looked like a system issue on their end — which made the gaslighting from management all the more frustrating. To be clear, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. When your child has very limited safe foods, and you make an intentional effort to get the one thing they will eat — only to have it messed up and then be blamed for it — that’s a big deal. The mistake was frustrating. The lack of accountability and empathy? Even worse. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and hope Santucci’s reflects on how to better support customers, especially when mistakes are made“

“My family preferred hot spot pizza over any other restaurant on the boardwalk. When we had family visiting we took them there for dinner before walking the boardwalk. We ordered pizza and bone in wings and we accidently received boneless. When we mentioned the mistake the women who took the order started to argue that we ordered boneless in an aggressive manner and would not back down. She then continued to come to the table arguing and produced our recipt from the transaction. In hindsight we should have asked for and checked the receipt but we never had an issue before.When we reminded her that the receipt reflects what she entered she then said she would pull video from the cameras. We agreed and asked her to pull the video, after disappearing for a short bit she came back and continued staring at the table but no longer came to the table. We returned the boneless wings untouched and left. We enjoyed the food but have no plans of ever going back due to the service. Edit The owner has reached out to me directly reguarding the service issue within 24 hrs of the review. I appreciate how quickly she reached out wanted to discuss the problem. Her passion for the restaurant and there customers really shows. We may have to reconsider going back, especially since we haven't found better pizza.“
