I’m a big chicken guy and I’ve been to 35+ chicken spots all over north Jersey and NONE compares to what I had at this spot. Chicken and waffles on wheels is the real deal! I had the dry rub Lemon pepper tenders w a plain waffle and wow… freshly cooked. Great dude. 10/10 hands down“

“I’ve been coming to this small business for about 3/4 years now and although it’s just a taco truck I know enough that all I have to do is pick up my order and eat it at my house or enjoy it with my partner at the nearby park. I’m not gonna make a review about the “environment” of a taco truck and make them feel obligated to my seating needs for that I’ll just to a RESTAURANT it’s a perfect grab and go. The staff is very friendly and hard working people, for as busy as they get their customer service is consistently great. I want to mention how hard it is to find authentic AL PASTOR TACOS that are supposed to be made like how they make it here. The tortilla is always fresh, the meat is seasoned perfectly and you can tell by the color on the meat and the salsa verde is also perfect if you are into spicy fresh homemade salsa just the right texture not watery like others that I’ve had around the area.“

The wait was a bit long though, almost 25+ minutes just to get to order, and sometimes other people (I assume related) just cut in to throw in 5 or 10 other orders. The food came out very fast at least and I enjoyed my bowl. I see they have an online ordering site, so I may try that next time to reduce the wait. Would love to try the other items.“

“Really proud of what the owner has accomplished with this cart. Lovely food and open late too. Mixed rice platter is always my go to here. The sauces are delicious. Falafel option for veggie friendly people is also pretty tasty. Their rotational soups are also fantastic. Overall always reliable great food.“

“I have been going to Tommy's food truck for the past 15 years, and I have to say that I have never had a meal that wasn't short of great!! From the grilled Chicken Caesar wrap to the Bacon cheeseburger ( On my cheat days of course;)). This food truck brings a taste of home to the streets of the West side. Tommy, and Armando treat every customer as if they were family. In a city with many food carts and trucks this is one place that's a must!!!“

We booked Viva Birria for my wife’s 50th birthday party when our normal taco place wasn’t available. I’m so glad we did!

“Their kitchen creates tastes that seem impossible! No matter what I order, it's always great. I can't recall the last time I was treated this well. Sensible pricing, attentive service, and delicious meals offered. I'm planning to come back when I'm nearby.“

“My favorite is the tofu bowl. Tofu is usually a hit or miss for me but this is one of the few places they do it soo well!! I've had the other bowls as well which are good too but the tofu is always the best.

The portions are too large for one person tho. While I've noticed them lowering portions sizes theyve been amping prices up which makes me sad cus this is truly a go to treat for me as a college student (⁠ ⁠；⁠∀⁠；⁠). Maybe diff size bowls?

He’s the nicest vendor you’ll meet and the chicken and rice is incredibly flavorful and fresh, with generous portions and speedy, friendly service. Fries cooked perfectly, lamb/beef gyros good portion, falafels were awful. Fries & gyro both lacked FLAVOR/seasoning, falafel must be a basic frozen brand and I tossed them after eating only one. The price point is worth stopping in to decide for yourself because we all understand food is different for each individual. What I’m used to is more flavor forward but this worked for a quick bite before headed to the airport for my flight home.“

“Randomly saw this truck parked on the side of the road and figured I’d stop by and give it a try. I really wasn’t expecting much considering it’s literally a truck on the side of the road randomly in the industrial part of Yonkers but I was absolutely blown away. I picked up a pizza on the way back to my job and when I opened it all of my coworkers were taken by how delicious it smelled. It tasted even better if that’s possible.The pizza is better than most of the pizza places around and crazy fair priced for the gourmet food quality. I’m really so shocked at how good this pizza is! It just doesn’t seem possible for pizza to be that good! Do not sleep on this pizza truck. If you see it, pull over and get yourself a pizza! 🍕🍕🍕🍕“

“This food truck happened to be parked less than a block from the hotel we were staying at and it was after midnight and nearly everything was closed except for the McDonalds and a pizza joint. Hankering for some fresh food, we gave this food truck a try and we were very happy we did. The food was fresh and very delicious! And the prices were much more reasonable than what we found in other Mexican restaurants in midtown. We went back 3 more times during our 10 day stay in NYC. Highly recommended.“

“I have been eating here since it was a cart, now it is a food truck. Personally my opinion might be biased but if you want a Colombian style fast food for a fair price. Come and enjoy. Just know it might be a bit pricey for one but I believe if you go to other places you might be paying more.“
