Napoletan done the right way. Not to mention the owner is beyond good people. Greeted me outside while I was waiting for them to open and then offered me an espresso while my food was being prepared. I particularly enjoy the veggie omlette, sweet potatoes with rosemary, curried chicken salad on a croissant, and all the salads are delicious. Pastries are artfully presented and not too sweet. Also, you won't find a better biscuit in New Jersey.”

“Quite simply The Blue Bottle has the best cuisine of any restaurant in the area that I live. And there are quite a few good ones. The only problem I have with them most often is getting a reservation on the weekend. I also have a problem managing culinary heat [a physical rather than a gastronomic one] and I wish I could tolerate more of it in some of their creations. I really recommend the place.”

The owners and staff are customer focused and if you need an ingredient changed in a dish ordered, they are more than willing to go the extra mile to make certain that you are satisfied.
